We scheduled the 9 pm ride to follow dinner at nearby Ralph's on the Park Restaurant. Since it was just after dark, the weather was cooler with a nice breeze, and the lights on the museum, bridges, and sculpture garden made the perfect setting to glide along the canals listening to superb Italian music. Since we love Venice, having traveled there several times, this gondola ride was the closest thing to being in Italy. It was an excellent experience. |

Simple and easy review . We had such a good time that when we found out Robert had an opening

Robert was very professional and helped play his part to make the proposal a suprise and a success. I would definitely recommend Robert and the Gondola experience to anybody that is looking for a romantic date or even a marriage proposal. The NOLA Gondola tour was AMAZING. Where to start? The Gondola itself is beautiful, both Roberto and Liam greeted us and were very professional. The tour through the lake and bayous of City Park were amazing. Definitely a not miss! We loved it and cannot stop talking about what a beautiful experience it was. |

We took a ladies trip, left the husbands and grandkids at home. We picked the gondola as one of our outings because it sounded so relaxing. It was wonderful. We chose the evening tour and brought champagne. Everything else was provided. We recommend leaving your car at the hotel and catching a cab which is what we did. We were helped on and off the gondola and it was easy. The gondola operator was very knowledgable of the area and answered all our questions, poor guy, we had lots of them. He sang several songs to us which were very beautiful, he has a wonderful voice. It was very relaxing and was one of our favorite activities. |
