The guide (Dillion) made this tour very enjoyable for everyone in our party. His knowledge and wit made the tour the highlight of our day trip to Charleston. We are also going to book another tour next week for relatives that are coming for a week long stay.

The carriage ride was an easy and fun way to learn about some of the little known historical facts of Charleston, SC. The narrator (and driver) of the carriage was a young lady who shared much information in a friendly manner. The ride took about 1 hour to complete which left plenty of time to do other things around Charleston. The cost did not seem unreasonable in large part because of the number of competing carriage ride businesses in the same location. Excellent shopping and restaurant options are available at the terminal point of the tours; therefore, the whole carriage ride exerince was a good one for us.

We took the tour fairly early during our stay in Charleston. I would recommend that to anyone else as well . The guide/driver gives a good deal of information on the tour. This helped us decide the sites we wanted to prioritize. Even our two teenagers enjoyed it a great deal.

The historian on the tour was very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston that also made us laugh . Big John the horse was a nice carriage puller. Olde Town tours will be seeing me and my family again next month.

Again our family enjoyed the tour, it was route 3 which was fine, but certainly not as good as route 1. Overall once again satisfied.

Had a wonderful time. Our guide, Steve, was well-informed and gave us interesting information about the history of Charleston as well as the architecture. And we loved Dan, the horse!
