The ride was enjoyable, and the driver was very knowledgeable.

This was our 2nd time and thought our daugter would injoy it and she did. We will go on our tour any time again.

The carriage ride wasn't really that long. And we didn't get to see alot of sight such as rainbow row and the rest of downtown. i wanted to give my wife an idea of where i was from with the carriage ride. but after the carriage ride over i had to do it myself like if we wasn't on the carriage ride. our ride on the carriage was mainly around a block

I WAS JUST A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THE CARRIAGE ITSELF WASN'T A "CINDERELLA"-TYPE CARRIAGE. WE GOT LITTLE SATISFACTION TRAVELING WITH THE OTHER THREE PEOPLE - AND WOULD HAVE HAD A BETTER TIME IF THE CARRIAGE HAD BEEN JUST FOR OUR GROUP.

These carriage tours are the absolute best way to see the beauty of Charleston - I challenge anybody to take the tour and NOT fall in love with this city!

We took a carriage ride on Thanksgiving. Our carriage driver was quite informative and friendly. We enjoyed the ride! Not that this is entirely important, but I did notice another carriage company using either donkeys/mules rather than horses. Olde Town uses genuine horses. The fact that you could order your tickets online was also a bonus!

I had taken a bus tour before of the city, but not a carriage ride. The guide was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Would like to have seen the waterfront and larger waterfront homes by carriage tour

i have been on a carriage ride before. this one was not as informative as the one i had been on before. besides that our carriage broke lose from the horse on one side and we had to wait about 30 minutes for another carriage to come to pick us up. this cut our tour short. we never got to see the battery or the water side at all. i was a little dissappointed at this. but this is usually a very nice tour.

We all enjoyed the tour very much. I have one criticism. I called to reserve the entire carrriage. I was told the carriage held 13 people. I paid for 13 people so that our group would be the only group on the tour. When we arrived, they already had 2 people in our carriage that did not belong to our group. We had 2 people cancel at the last minute, so space was not the issue. I was never offered a refund for the 2 individuals who did not show and your company received payment from 2 others and put them in the carriage that I reserved for our group. The people were very nice. I did not make a big deal, however, I was very surprised to see additional people paying for seats I already paid for..... KB

I emailed the person and let them now I could not go because I broke my foot and never heard back from them.

The guide was great, he added a lot of humor to the trip.

I can really recommend the carriage ride to everybody, who is interested n Charleston's history. the tour guides are very well informed and know alot of interesting facts about the various houses and all of Charleston. If you want to find out even more, the combination with the harbour tour is just the right thing for you...

The ride was great, and our guide did a good job giving details. The problem was understanding what he was saying. I don't know if he was putting on the southern draw extra thick, which is doubtful since we are from Alabama. He had such an accent, we only understood about 1/2 - 1/3 of what he said. If he would work on speaking much clearer, it would be an excellent tour. Overall a 7.5/10. Make it understandable, and you are at 9/10.

The tour was awesome. The guide was great, knowledgable, and enthusiactic.
