Zerve was quick and easy to use and there wasn't any hassle's when we checked into the Carriage Company for our ride. I recommend Zerve for booking events.

i have been on a carriage ride before. this one was not as informative as the one i had been on before. besides that our carriage broke lose from the horse on one side and we had to wait about 30 minutes for another carriage to come to pick us up. this cut our tour short. we never got to see the battery or the water side at all. i was a little dissappointed at this. but this is usually a very nice tour.

The carriage ride wasn't really that long. And we didn't get to see alot of sight such as rainbow row and the rest of downtown. i wanted to give my wife an idea of where i was from with the carriage ride. but after the carriage ride over i had to do it myself like if we wasn't on the carriage ride. our ride on the carriage was mainly around a block

Our tour guide was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and great personality. She made the tour very enjoyable.

Our guide had lots of information and fun stories. We went to the residental district. This tour is one of three a customer may get. Our guide told us it was the luck of the draw as to which part of the city you see. Before the tour we were treated to cool air conditioning and water while we waited for our tour to begin. Very nice.

The carriage ride was an easy and fun way to learn about some of the little known historical facts of Charleston, SC. The narrator (and driver) of the carriage was a young lady who shared much information in a friendly manner. The ride took about 1 hour to complete which left plenty of time to do other things around Charleston. The cost did not seem unreasonable in large part because of the number of competing carriage ride businesses in the same location. Excellent shopping and restaurant options are available at the terminal point of the tours; therefore, the whole carriage ride exerince was a good one for us.

Staff was less than enthusiastic and tour route was not what was expected...went north from start, west, south, east back...never any closer to old town than barn (point of origin/departure). Recommend save your money and walk...take the self-guided walking tour...guidebook is $4.95. Our group of 6 were completely disappointed.

Tour guide knowledgeable and we did hear alot about the town. Disappointed in the "lottery" system. Thought for sure all tours would take us down to the Battery

The tour guide was very good, was funny and educational. I had two of my teenage granddaughters with me and was afraid they would get bored with all the educational information, but the guide kept them entertained as well as informed. This is my second carriage tour and would go again when I am in Charleston.

Due to a very busy day at Olde Towne Carriage we did not board until 4:30 PM but as it turned out this was probably a plus. Our guide was Dave and our horse was Larry and they were both very entertaining. While our carriage waited in line for the required permission to start(the city requires that only 20 tours are on the street at any one time) Dave gave our group a history of Olde Towne Carriage and Larry our horse with some comical stories. After the tour started Dave talked almost non-stop about the history of the old city. When the carriage would stop for a red light or stop sign Larry would give out a loud whinney. The tour was scheduled to last one hour but we did not return to the barn until almost 6:00 PM. This tour is a must!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went on this carriage ride and it was absolutely amazing! I'm not a big history person so I wasn't sure how into it I would be but our guide was awesome and made everything interesting. We got one of the best zones and our tour went down by the water, past rainbow row, and all the other old historic parts of downtown. We could not have had a more perfect experience. Definitely recommend this one, even for a younger crowd!

The tour started on time. The staff was professional and very friendly. The guide was knowledgeable, provided interesting facts about the historic area.

The carriage ride was great. Our guide was very informative and also made the trip very interesting. If we return to Charleston, we will book with the same company.

Driver spent majority of time talking about himself. Didn't learn too much about Charleston. Corny jokes, boring stories, a very unpleasant hour.
