| The tour was at the right pace, with good content provided at each stopping point and the guide was knowledgeable about the history of the park. I would have liked a longer tour and the opportunity to venture further into the park itself. |

| Took the Central Park tour with Jessica on Sat November 22. It was a very cold, windy day, but she could not have been more pleasant.
The tour covered about 2 1/2 miles in the lower half of the Park and we walked at a pretty fast pace - which was good because of the cold weather. We had about 12 people on our tour and no one had any trouble keeping up.
Jessica was very knowledgable about movies and TV shows and would tell us about the specific scene that was filmed at each location. She really seemed to enjoy doing the tour and we all had a great time.
I would really recommend this tour for anyone who has not been able to find their way around Central Park and for those who are movie/TV buffs. I would not recommend it for anyone who has trouble walking because you cover alot of ground in a 2 hour tour - if you are not a fast walker - take a bus tour. |

| This was a very good tour and the tour guide was very sweet. I have to say that the setting is what makes this tour so good though - it's such a beautiful area of Central Park, it would be hard not to really enjoy this tour! It did seem like so many more movies would have been mentioned though? And I will say that the directions for the meeting point need to be revised, they are not really clear. The tour guide does not carry a blue flag, she carries a bright aqua umbrella. For those of us tourist, there could have been a better meeting point. We thought we missed the tour, but then ended up finding them at the first stopping point.... and when we called the office on the phone, they weren't very helpful with directions unfortunately. I'd say meet at the statue in the plaza area or something simple like that! But good tour, would definitely recommend it! |

| -enthusiastic and knowledgeable leader
-too many photo opp's, 15 minute washroom break too long
-would have preferred a 90 minute tour--even for the same cost |

| I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE. OUR GUIDE JESSICA DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF INFORMING US OF SO MANY THINGS ABOUT THE PARK AND ABOUT MOVIES THAT WERE FILMED THERE. SHE WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, PATIENT, NICE AND INFORMATIVE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FINDING THE STARTING PLACE AND MEETING THE GROUP. THE DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY GOOD AND WHEN WE CALLED - TWICE - THE NUMBER ON THE TICKET, THE PERSON WITH WHOM WE WERE TALKING REALLY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO DIRECT US. WE JUST GOT LUCKY IN FINDING THE GROUP AND THE FLAG THAT JESSICA WAS HOLDING WAS NOT BLUE AND IT WAS NOT A FLAG - IT WAS A SMALL GREEN SQUARE OF FABRIC. WE GOT REALLY STRESSED THINKING WE HAD PAID OUR $20 AND NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE GROUP. THERE IS NO STREET SIGN FOR 59TH ST.!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN WE JUST GOT LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND THE GROUP AND TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE TOUR. PRINT BETTER DIRECTIONS ON THE TICKETS!!!!! |

| The tour itself was fine but all I can say is.....the tour guide (Kimberly)... I asked her a simple question before the tour began and she nearly jumped down my throat. I felt as if I had been slapped in the face! Those who overheard her remark couldn't believe their ears! I didn't give the tour guide a tip; I don't know if anyone did! |

| very good tour, well worth the price. it's a great way to see the park. just keep an eye on the tour guide. a person on the tour got lost as the guide didn't make sure everyone was there after a stop. they say they have a flag, but it's just a piece of cloth they hold up, it's hard to see even if you're looking. that's the only fault we had with the tour! |
