Great walk in the park

This was a great way to spend some time walking around Central Park without getting lost! The guide was excellent, giving us a history lesson regarding the formation of the park as well as the various locations that had been caught on camera.
Central Park is a great place to visit and even better when taken on a 2 hour tour trail that wets the appertite for further exploration.
I would recommend this tour for all, whether interested in movies or not. |

The guide provided many interesting facts about movies in the park as well as information about the park itself. Good excercise also! She was an excellent guide! |

We saw many sites where movies we have enjoyed were filmed. Also learned much about Central Park, it's development, history of nYC, and the Park's many other recreational facilities. |

If you are in Manhattan for a short visit and would like to explore Central Park, this is a fun introduction. Our group had a nice mix of visitors from the US and abroad as well as some New Yorkers researching the "movie site" facet of the tour. By the end we had our bearings both of the park and the neighborhoods surrounding and, more importantly, a sense of how "walkable" Manhattan is. |

Our tour host was knowledgeable and fun! It was raining the day we went - so not as much fun as a sunny day (but not his fault for sure).
I'd highly recommend the tour - very fun!

Loved the tour, and thought the guide, Kimberly was very knowledgable and upbeat. I would have liked to have seen her guide us to shade, if possible, when we stood rather in the sun. It was a hot day. Just a minor point. |
