Central Park TV & Movie Sites

Kimberly did a great job!! It was a beautiful day and for all the times I've been to New York,[probably 150 times in the last 5 years], I've never really explored the park. It's just beautiful and so many movies were filmed there!!

-enthusiastic and knowledgeable leader -too many photo opp's, 15 minute washroom break too long -would have preferred a 90 minute tour--even for the same cost

On a recent business trip to NYC, I needed something to do by myself while my husband was in an all-day meeting. This tour was a perfect choice as I had not yet been to Central Park and had always wanted to from seeing it in the movies. Our tour guide Jessica was very informative, and the park was beautiful in its autumnal glory. It was great exercise, too! I highly recommend this tour. (P.S. I had no trouble finding the starting location.)

Jessica was our tour guide and she was such a jewel. She was so knowledgeable about Central Park and the particular movie scenes that were filmed in the park. It was a fun group and a beautiful day for the tour. I enjoyed the tour so much. It was recommended to me from a friend that had gone on this tour in the early spring. She loved it as well. I would recommend sneakers for the tour. AND would highly recommend anyone taking the tour. It was lots of fun.

I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE. OUR GUIDE JESSICA DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF INFORMING US OF SO MANY THINGS ABOUT THE PARK AND ABOUT MOVIES THAT WERE FILMED THERE. SHE WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, PATIENT, NICE AND INFORMATIVE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FINDING THE STARTING PLACE AND MEETING THE GROUP. THE DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY GOOD AND WHEN WE CALLED - TWICE - THE NUMBER ON THE TICKET, THE PERSON WITH WHOM WE WERE TALKING REALLY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO DIRECT US. WE JUST GOT LUCKY IN FINDING THE GROUP AND THE FLAG THAT JESSICA WAS HOLDING WAS NOT BLUE AND IT WAS NOT A FLAG - IT WAS A SMALL GREEN SQUARE OF FABRIC. WE GOT REALLY STRESSED THINKING WE HAD PAID OUR $20 AND NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE GROUP. THERE IS NO STREET SIGN FOR 59TH ST.!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN WE JUST GOT LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND THE GROUP AND TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE TOUR. PRINT BETTER DIRECTIONS ON THE TICKETS!!!!!

It was an informative tour of the park. It would be even better if the geography of the tour could be enlarged to cover the northern part of the park as well.

My husband and I decided to take this tour because it sounded like it would be a fun thing to do for an afternoon. It turned out to be all that we expected and more, the tour guide, Kimberley was wonderful and funny, plus as a bonus she pointed out where some of the local celebrities live around the park. We saw a lot of the places where famous and some not so famous movies were filmed plus we got some exercise, and for $2.00 we rode the famous merry-go-round. All in all it was a great way to spend an afternoon, when we return to NYC we will be sure to book another tour with these great folks.

Had a good time. Very good tour guide and it was cool hearing where a lot of films were shot as well as learning about Central Park.

The guide was wonderful, the pace of walking comfortable. We could have used a little more time at the carrousel. We were given the option to ride the carrousel, but that was not enough tiem consdiering the length of each ride.
