Central Park TV & Movie Sites

If you know a lot about movies, this is the tour for you. The guide was fun, the walking is rather fast, and New York is hot in June. We pretty much covered the lower half of Central Park and still had fun. I will say it wasn't as much fun as the Sex in the City Tour, but we enjoyed it. Bring a camera; the guide will take your picture at many of the movie locations. It's a good time to get a picture of your whole group without having to ask a stranger.

We really enjoyed the tour and it was a great way to see Central Park. The only downside was that the group is fairly large. Our guide was great and I would recommend it.

This tour was boring and the guide did not seem interested in our group or the material she was to present. It was hard to hear her and she left some people behind. She walked too fast and did not know who was not present in the group. I felt the tour was scripted and the guide did not know much about the Sites we visited other than what someone else wrote for her. I would not reccommend this tour.

The walk was very relaxing. I would recommend it very much, especially if you are a movie buff.

Rachel, our tour guide, was very interesting, spunky, full of life and she made sure that she gave us as much information about the movies flimed in Central park as she possibly could. She always made sure that everyone in the group was always with her and that everyone was comfortable and having a good time. I highly recommend this tour. It was a fun time taking this walking tour. There were sites where I knew which movie or tv show was film & others which were surprises. I loved the little tidbits of the different locations & would definitely recommend it to friends. I may even do it again with another group.

Our guide Stephanie was very energetic and extremely knowledgeable about Central Park in addition to her knowledge of the TV shows and movies shot in the park and around the city. She was a great guide. I have been to the park many times over the years, but I still learned a great deal from the tour. I just wished the tour hit a few more locations in the park and the distance covered was a little greater. I think stretching a little further would be great in the 2 hours. I know some folks like the stroll, but a little faster pace would be good for some like our group. Maybe an energetic version of the tour that adds the zoo, carousel, out to the Ramble and maybe even reaches Belvedere Castle.

Paige (a soon to be famous actress) had infectious enthusiasim and great knowledge. She talked with a smile and happily answered any questions. This tour was excellent value for money.

Bianca, our guide was lovely, good clear speaker, full of knowledge about the park itself and not just the movies shot there. Highly recommend this tour, instead of aimlessly ambling about yourself without really knowing anything about the sights in the park you are visiting, spend $20 and be shown around and learn some interesting and fun facts. So, so pleased we booked this. Easy to find and an easy walking pace, the time just flew by. Thanks Bianca!
