| I got there at 1:00 pm because I took the wrong train.
There was no guide there and no group. I asked some people who were at the same location and they knew nothng about the company and no one had seen a guide holding a blue flag or sign.
I tried calling the customer service number that was on my email confirmation but the number did not work.

This tour is great for people who have seen the general NY tourist things like the empire state building, the statue of liberty, times square, ellis island, etc. because it went beyond those tours and showed a new yorker's view of something so very New York, Central Park. It was really fun to see familiar places from so many movies. We also learned interesting history about the park.

I thought this was great value for money, the girl guide made it even more special, she was also a part-time actress and enjoyed her job which shone through in the tour around the park, she knew lots of interesting details and was obviously a keen film watcher, and a native New Yorker which helps.

Our guide was very informative and obviously passionate about her job. She was very knowledge-able about both movies and the park and had no problem taking photos of the group or answering any questions. We felt it was a great way to see the good parts of Central Park rather than wandering aimlessly around the massive park. We would definately recommend doing this fun tour.

This tour was fun, interesting and enjoyable despite rainy weather. Our tour guide was very informative and nice. Central Park is so big and intimidating to a pair of NYC novices and this tour was a great way to safely explore it. Well worth the price.

Had a good time. Very good tour guide and it was cool hearing where a lot of films were shot as well as learning about Central Park.

Unfortunately it rained at the end of our tour, but I still thought the tourguide was great and loved all the places we saw.
