The NBC Studio tour was great. I really enjoyed seeing the different studios and learning about its history. The TV/Movie Sites bus tour was simply "okay." We were bored with it about half way through the tour and got off the bus and went off on our own way. The bus tour was too long. |

The TV/Movie part of the tour was very interesting and our tour guide was enthusiastic. She provided us with a special cookie and an opportunity to indulge in Rice Pudding, which was good seeing as our tour covered lunchtime. I would have liked to have had a map of our route so that I could have gone back to take photos of things I found especially interesting but missed because the coach was moving.
The NBC Tour was a waste of time.
We spent more time waiting to be admitted and going through security than actually touring! The two guides were fine but the tour itself was very disappointing. If that's the best NBC can do, they should try harder.
Also we had great difficulty in finding where we should have gone to meet the tour as we entered the building before the gift shop. Neither of the people we approached in the building for directions indicated to simply go into the gift shop and go to the first floor. The first guy we approached for directions was the guy who screened us for security and he gave very vague directions as to where to go to pick up the tour.
Also when I rang to confirm the NBC Studio Tour part I got a recorded message which asked for a contact phone number, which I didn't have because I was staying with a relative who didn't have a phone in her apartment and I certainly didn't have a cell as I was from OS. The after I rang them again, they told me I had to confirm my seat on the bus which it turned out was unnecessary. I didn't enjoy wasting my time using noisy public phones on the street , making calls that it turned out were redundant!
My 15 year old son and I enjoyed the TV/Movie section very much and would recommend it to others. |

Our guide, Roseanne, was so much fun! She was very knowledgable too! The bus was very nice and the driver was exceptional. The tour was paced well, just enough stops to stretch our legs and explore the neighbourhoods! This was my first visit to New York City and I will definitely take this tour when I return! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a fun couple of hours! |

The tour guide was entrtaining and very well informed. He even had tips on where we may look out for stars and movies being filmed. My teen children weren't that excited about the NBC tour especially as most of it was directed about Saturday Night Live that being from OS we didn't really get it all, but it was still entertaining.
The Zerve arrangement was easy too.

The NBC tour was a little disappointing, since I was only able to see one studio, not two or three as advertised. But the TV and Movie Site tour was unbelievable! Very entertaining! |

WE RECENTLY TOURED THE NY TV AND MOVIE SITES AS WELL AS NBC STUDIOS. IF YOU ARE A BIG MOVIE AND TV BUFF THEN YOU WOULD PROABLY ENJOY THIS TOUR. OUR TOUR GUIDE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT MOVIE/TV TRIVIA BUT NOT VERY PERSONABLE. THERE WAS SOME STOPS ALONG THE WAY AND WE WERE TOLD TO STAY WITH THE GROUP OR GET LEFT BEHIND, WHICH WAS PRETTY SCARY WHEN YOU ARE A TOURIST. OUR GUIDE WAS THE FIRST ONE OFF THE BUS AND YOU COULD EASILY LOSE HER IN THE CROWD. SHE SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR EVERYONE. OUR GROUP FOUND OURSELVES PRACTICALLY RUNNING TO KEEP UP AND GET THROUGH THE CROWDS ALL TO SAMPLE SOME RICE PUDDING FROM GOD KNOWS WHERE. THEY SHOULD DUMP THAT PART OF THE TOUR. WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE FIRST PART OF THE TOUR. WHEN WE WENT TO NBC STUDIOS WE WERE ALSO PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED BUT WE THOURGHLY ENJOYED THAT PORTION OF THE TOUR AND WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT. |

The tour was very good. I liked the movie clips showing the locations visited. I was a little disappointed that there were no Sex and the City locations. (I realize there is a specific tour for Sex and the City; however, I thought there would still be a few locations included on this tour.) The guide, Bryan, was great, as was the bus driver. It rained but they made the best of it and still gave us a good tour for the money. |

Although we didn't get to see as much as I would have liked due to the bad weather I still had an awesome time and really enjoyed seeing places and then watching movie clips. It really makes you think about the New York movie world!! It's fantastic!! Thanks!! Our tour guide (Bryan) was awesome and he went out of his way to make the tour enjoyable and interesting. We even braved the rain! |
