| NBC TOUR WITH JANELLE AND BRANDA WAS FUN AND INFORMATIVE. MY TEENAGERS (16 AND 19) REALLY ENJOYED SEEING THE CONAN SET. OUR BUS TOUR WITH GARY WAS ALSO FUN BUT SHORTER THAN THE 3.5 HOURS STATED (MUCH CLOSER TO 3 HOURS). IT HAD A GOOD MIX OF SITES FROM OLDER AND MORE CURRENT MOVIES AND TV SHOWS. I FOUND THE VIDEO KIND OF DISTRACTING. WHILE WATCHING THE VIDEO I KEPT THINKING I SHOULD BE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW BECAUSE I MIGHT MISS SOMETHING. WE ALMOST MISSED SEEING A STREET SHUT DOWN FOR FILMING BECAUSE EVERYONE EXPECT FOR THE BUS DRIVER WAS WATCHING THE VIDEO. LOVED THE TRIVIA AND "PRIZES". AS A "LAW AND ORDER" FAN I WAS THRILLED TO SEE THE COURT HOUSE STEPS WHERE SO MANY SCENES TAKE PLACE. I WOULD LIKED TO BEEN ABLE TO GET OFF THE BUS THERE FOR PICTURES. COULD HAVE DONE WITH OUT THE PIZZA SHOP STOP. GARY DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING HOW THE FILM INDUSTRY AND THE CITY WORK TOGETHER AND OTHER THINGS ABOUT HOW AND WHY LOCATIONS ARE SELECTED. |

| Gary was an awesome tour guide. He was EXTREMELY informative, helpful and funny! The trip was 3 1/2 hours of great sight seeing, terrific background information and non-stop fun. My kids loved the tour .. it was great for the entire family. Everyone should have Gary as their tour guide! |

| All the tours I have taken have been wonderful. The tour guides and bus drivers are outstanding, as well as the tour!!!! Your bus is terrific, too. I will be back to take the Soprano tour in about a year and I cannot wait.
Great time and great service!!!!!! |

| Gary, our tour guide provided an entertaining experience. He was humorous without being over the top. He was very courteous to eveyone, including the driver, who was new to the route. I liked the fact that you got to walk and stretch your legs at just the time you get tired of riding. I was great to see the sites and then view the actual movie/ TV clips.
Mike out driver did a fine job of manuevering narrow streets with a big bus. I will reccommend this tour to friends. |

| Gary did a great job on the movie tour..bus was clean, loved the movie clips shown on the bus just after seeing the real site! Great opportunity to get off the bus and take pictures...very fun and great value for the time and information.
NBC studio tour was cancelled when we got there...very disappointing as we had planned our day around the schedule of the tour. girls at the counter were very rude.
They only refunded me $8 ( per ticket, we had 3) as they said that was their share of the ticket....I disagreed and they insisted..I felt ripped off |

| i now understand why a double decker would be a bit better .. the viewing of buildings as one passes by is hard to do inside the bus .. double decker would allow guests to see the buildings while coming up to them and while passing. An enclosed bus does eliminate worries on weather, however. |

| If you enjoy an extrememly structured activity and would like to just sit back and listen to random facts, you may enjoy this tour. I would however, recommend taking the open double deckers bus tours "hop on hop off" instead as they give you a better view of the city, allow more freedom, and are less contrived. |

| We had a fantastic time on our TV/Movie Sites tour! Our guide, Brian was FANTASTIC!! He was very entertaining and knowledgable about the city! The bus was clean and cool, which is what we needed on a hot July day! The video clips were great and accentuated the tour perfectly! I do NOT, however, recommend the NBC studio tour. It was terrible. Our scheduled time was August 1, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Despite having reservations, we still had to stand in line almost 30 minutes to get our tickets. Once in line for the tour, the guides checked our tickets for the appropriate time, not once, not twice, but THREE times before entering the theater for the movie and start of the tour. Once inside the theater (at 10:05 a.m.), the tour guides came around AGAIN and checked the date and time on our tickets. Then, a lady came in and announced that the computer had overbooked the tour with 34 and that we could start the tour with more that 30. She proceeded to tell us that 4 people would have to leave the tour, get a refund and be rescheduled on the 1:15 p.m. tour. Noone moved. Our party of 4 had a plane to catch at 3:00 p.m. and everyone else in the room also had their days planned around the 10:00 a.m. tour. After she rudely stood in the door and said we couldn't go on the tour until someone left, 2 ladies got up and then 3 more. She was very rude to the party of 3 who graciously exited the theater and said she could only refund 2 of the tickets. I HOPE that after the crowd heckled her and said what terrible customer service that was, that they received credit for all 3 tickets. Finally, at 10:25 our movie started and we finished the entire tour at 11:25. NOT A FUN TOUR!!! The tour guides seemed rushed and preoccupied and not knowledgable at all of what they were doing! Pass on the NBC Studio tour if ever in New York....I hear FOX has a great one!!! |

| My girlfriend and I recently attended the TV and movie sites tour and had a great time. The tour offered a variety of old and new sites which helped cater to the different age groups on the tour. As well, our guide (Roxanne) was great. She was extremely knowledgeable of the history and reasons production chose the various sites as well as the way in which film crews from various movies and shows had to film scenes and shots using the different buildings. These insights made the trip a little more interesting that just riding around and being shown a series of different buildings and parks. I recommend this activity to anyone who has a keen interest in movies and or television. |

| I didn't expect much from both the NBC tour and the bus tour so I was pleasantly surprised when we did the following:
* Record a news broadcast with participants of the NBC tour
* Found cool LCD screens in the tourbus on which samples of movies were shown
* Accidentally bumped into Kirsten Dunst
* Accidentally bumped into the stapler guy from Office Space
* Checked out the SNL studios
Don't expect too much of the Friends appartment building! We were disappointed there, but mostly because the appartment building is 'just a building'. |
