| Brian was our tour guide for the location part of the tour and he was great, he certainly knew his stuff, was friendly and helpful. We managed to see a couple of films in the making as well as the sites for current and past films and tv shows.
The NBC studio tour was a little disappointing as it was very short (20-30 mins) and we didn't see anything being rehersed, written, filmed etc and the make-up room wasn't actually a make up room but just a couple of rubber masks... although again the tour guides were good. |

| Tour Guide (Brian or Ryan) didnt catch his name...was great! He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We lucked out on this tour and caught some actual filming in progress and saw Catherine-Zeta Jones. Owen Wilson rode by on a bicycle making everyone's trip evven more exciting. (Including the tour guide).
In all the times I have visited NYC, I have never taken an organized tour. This was definitely worth it.
If there was anything I would suggest as an improvement, that would be to work with NBC and the studio tour reservations. It was difficult to get anyone on the telephone and email. Once I was able to get someone on the phone, they stated they didnt take reservations on the phone or via email. After expalining to them what I had for tickets, they agreed to hold a reservation. It seemed a bit confusing, but it all worked out fine!
Thanks again for a great time. I will definitely be booking future tours with your company.
Best Regards,

| This tour was nice, nothing spectacular or grand, but not bad either. Some of the nice things were the amount of spots pointed out, the opportunity to get off the bus a few times for up close pictures (Friend's Apartment, Cosby Home, Rice to Riches), and the free black and white cookie. :)
....the cons included the bus being a regular passenger bus, not a tourbus. Plus the DVD did not work, which would have made the trip better and the guide wasn't too good at filling the time when the DVD should have been playing.
All in all, I'm glad we did this, and we also were able to see several neighborhoods of Manhatten, but I think it had potential to be amazing, and just came short. |

| We had a great informative tour guide who changed the way we'll watch movies and tv shows ever again! It was a great tour and we would highly recommend it.
The tour was a bit long and we thought we were on the bus too much. We would have liked to walked around the city a bit more... |

| Hi - our guide and driver were excellent and the tour was lots of fun even though I was up on all of the TV and movies. One downside was that the DVD didn't work so we didn't get to see the video clips that I had seen mentioned. I really enjoyed getting to walk around parts of NYC that I had never seen before. |

| Got to see many of the places I wanted to see with the bus tour, but would have loved to have been able to stop and get out of the bus at a few more sites (like the Ghostbusters firehouse). Did not have much desire for flavored rice pudding, so would have preferred that time was spent doing something else. Kymberly did a more than solid job for us, keeping her cool when many things went wrong during the day (bad traffic, DVD problems). An open air bus would be better during warm days.
As for the NBC studio tour, it felt like a ripoff (saw only one studio, wasted time looking at photos in hallways). A bundled package with some other tour might be more appropriate for you. |

| This tour was a lot of fun. Gary, our tour guide, was great...very fun, knowledgeable, and energetic. We didn't take any other bus tours, so this was a great opportunity to become more familiar with the city. It was nice to have some stops and have time to leisurely walk around. Liked the trivia questions and little prizes awarded. Great tour. I would recommend it to anyone who is a tv/movie fan! |

| We absolutely loved the bus tour. Gary was awesome!!!! The time flew by quickly and we were sorry when it was finished. Gary was very knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. We would highly recommend this portion of this activity.
As far as the studio tour, it was disappointing. We saw nothing but an empty SNL set. We thought we would be seeing more studios and interworkings of NBC. We would not recommend this portion of this activity.

| We had a wonderful time on this tour! Our guide, Roseanne, was a blast and very informative. We saw all of the top sights as well as the tv and movie sights. I will highly recommend it to my clients when they visit NYC. |
