| We really enjoyed our tour for the Movies and TV Bus Tour that left outside of Ellen's Diner. I really think the tour was too dispersed though. Instead of stopping to get out and visit some of the places showed, we only got out and saw maybe like 3 places on the tour.... I think it would have been much better if we got out and spent like a half an hour at 5 or 6 places.... like actually go up to the empire state building top or whatever. My boyfriend is from out West and would have LOVED to go inside the Ghostbusters firehouse, but we only drove by for like 5 seconds. That was slightly heartbreaking for him! We loved getting to see different areas of the city and hearing about where different movies and TV shows had filmed; but I think a quality - in-depth tour of a FEW places (maybe like 5-7) would be better than such a high quantity tour of like 35 like we saw but for like less than a minute each for most of them!!!!
Our tour guide was awesome... Gary maybe? Dark haired and glasses. Very funny and knowledgeable!
Looking forward to going on more tours in the future! =)
Thanks again! |

| We truly enjoyed our city tour. The guide is knowledgable and engaging. We were surprised that the promised 3.5 h tour started at 11:15 and ended at 14:00. Either amend your ads or the instructions you give your guides to abide by the timetable and commitment. |

| First, when purchasing this combo ticket, the time requirement was very misleading. It says the combo is $40 and duration is 3.5 hours. I thought that was long enough for both tours. AFTER we purchased the tickets, we were informed that the bus tour itself is 3.5 hours, and then you have to schedule the NBC Studio Tour at a separate time, which takes an hour and a half, with getting there early. The bus tour was good for the first hour and did take you to many parts of the city, but then when they got to the southern part of the city, it was boring. We jumped off the tour after two hours. Don't know if the ending was any better or not. I took my 12 year old daughter and she was completely bored. You have to be at least 18 or 20 to enjoy the sites of this tour, just for familiarity sake. The tour guide lady was fantastic, and very entertaining and kind. The studio tour was pretty good, we saw two -three studios, Nightly News, some of MSNBC and SNL. I'd say this activity was just OK. If only in NYC for a weekend, I don't know if I would spend over 5 hours on this. |

| Loved this tour. Our guide Kymberly was great and kept the tour fun and interesting the entire time. I would definetly recommend this tour. ( I think they need to start one in San Francisco next.) Great fun way to see the city and the many neighborhoods. |

| The tour was pretty good -- some of it moved to quickly and it was hard to see certain sites. The tour had a good vibe and I loved stopping at the Rice to Riches food place -- was fabulous! All in all it was definitely enjoyable bus tour! |

| The tour guide was great (I believe his name was Dan) The weather was rainy. The main problem this led to was that the windows on the bus were steamed up no amount of clearing left them clear enough to see, I understand the company has no control over the weather but the bus should be functional in rainy weather,
The NBC tour was great. |

| Even though the weather was terrible, the bus tour was great. My friends and I enjoyed seeing all of the TV & Movie locations. Personnaly I would have liked to see more Law & Order sites. The part that sucked was the NBC Studio tour. According to your instructions we allowed time between the bus tour and the studio tour. When I made the studio tour reservations, no one told me that we would only see 1 studio. It is not much of a studio tour if you only see the SNL studio. If we had known we could have been there sooner. |

| Nice to get free goodies on this trip. Only bad thing (no fault in the tour) is the rain :o(
It made it tough to see things from inside the bus. Speaking of bus, I would recommend getting those clear bubble ceilings so folks that are on one side of the bus can see the other side with no problems and can take photo much easier.
Thanks again... |

| With this tour you get to see NYC from a different point of view: not only they will take you to most of the spot where movies and TV serie were shot but also you will extensively tour Midtown, the Village, and SOHO and see places where you'd probably never go on a regular tour. Very recommended. Our guide, Brian, was very prepared and has been a terrific experience. |
