We had a great time. Gary, the tour guide made it a lot of fun and really went into detail about New York City and all of the TV and movie sites in Manhatten. Plus, the bus ride was a welcome respite from all of the walking we had done up to that point.
Rating: 4 informative and inventive way of touring

We really liked the fact that we could actually walk the steps of the stars from some of the most popular films and shows of our day. Taking photos and eating at those same places is an experience we will never forget. Our tour guide was informed, helpful and easy to relate to. He was very much a part of the experience making it an even more enjoyable experience.

This was a fun way to spend the afternoon and learn about NYC. The guide was informative and enthusiastic. NYC has lots of movie history and this was an excellent way to learn about movies and TV shows with ties to the city.

I took 19 students on this tour and we all found it to be good fun and ful of interesting facts. We saw a great deal of NY that we would otherwise have been unable to see and it was great to see such famous TV locations such as the Friends flat. The NBC Studio tour was also very interesting for my students who are all studying Media and the staff were very friendly. All in all a great combo tour of NY.

The tour was easy to book and the office very cooperative. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and make it fun without being a cheerleader! We saw alot in a short time and she was very good at overcoming road closure and traffic obstacles. I think the food stop should be somthing more New York like pizza - rice pudding was an odd choice... For a short weekend stay - the combo of NBC and The Movie tour was great...
Rating: 5 A must for any visitor to the city!

We had a wonderful time and saw so much! We went back to many of the sites and explored more on our own. We especially liked the stops like the Friends apartment and had the worlds best rice pudding at Rice to Riches. Roseanne was a wonderful hostess and passed on so much information about the city. This tour was worth every penny!
Rating: 4 NY TV/Movie Sites GOOD - NBC Studio Tour NOT GOOD

The bus tour to NY TV and movie sites with Gary was really good and funny and informative. A good way to se lots of NY - and to get to know "funny stuff" about TV/movie making and NY. Loved the trivia quiz on the bus, the visit at Rice for Riches, the Huxtable stairs and the performing of the Friends' theme by Gary. I will definitely recommend it to others! The NBC Studio Tour was a waste of our time I'm afraid. The two young guides (March 4, 4.00 PM) were not very entusiastic, they didn't seem interested in us, the visitors, they didn't speak loud and clear (which could definitely be a problem for foreigners) - it is probably a better tour for americans than for foreigners - we didn't know the shows as well as the american guests did .... It was interesting, though, to see the room that sends the shows to satelite tv and to see how it works when you're a news and/or a weather man - but we could se something similar in our own country. I will not recommend this to people that are not americans ...
Rating: 5 Great day out in New York

My friends and I had the best time on the tour. It was a fantastic way to see New York. The tour was well paced with enough time to take photos and the video clips just made the whole experience so much more real. Our tour guide, Kymberly Tuttle, was full of enthusiasm which got us all excited and more importantly she was just a bundle of knowledge. Ask any question and she had the answer. The NBC Studio Tour was good fun as well. We got to see a SNL rehearsal. That was very cool. I highly recommend both tours, especially the TV and Movie Sites one. It was truly a great day out. :)
Rating: 5 Money well spent!

We enjoyed the studio tour and the bus tour very much. I had always heard the studio tour was wonderful, but wasn't sure how the bus tour would be. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it informative, but it gave us a great overview of the city and it's various areas. Our tour guide was able to answer our questions and was very patient with everyone - even when someone spilled a drink on the bus.
