On Location Tours

Great stuff!! So many locations to see and juicy fun facts to hear about......only recommendation......add in Carrie's apartment!!!!!!!!! Enjoy!!!!

For an Sex and the City fan, I think that this tour was really great. It would ahve probably been better in the summer time as some of the locations, ie. the meat packing district, looked a little sad under the gloomy winter sky. but overall i thought it was really fun. thanks!

I enjoyed seeing the sites and having the tv clips really brought the Gossip Girl NYC to life. But it wasn't as good as the Sex And The City tour by the same company. Also, if tour is to be held on a public holiday, would be good to make sure all sites are open.

If you want an informed tour about New York movie and TV sites....this is the tour for you! We had a FANTASTIC time and our tour guide Gary was both entertaining and knowledgeable! A New York must do.......

I have limited mobility. I was given special treatment and taken good care of. I could not get off the bus for a few of the off bus sights, but the trip was well worth it anyway. I learned so much and I especially appreciated that they had clips of the movie or tv show where the sight was used. I loved this tour and would recommend it to everyone, but especially videophiles. Lots of trivia questions from Gary our guide, who was WONDERFUL. He knows his stuff. Lots of juicy tidbits you dont get from the media. I especially enjoyed that he took us down the street where John F Kennedy, Jr lived and pointed it out. If I were to recommend that you add anything it would be a detour up to the upper west side to check out the Seinfeld area. Not necessary, just a suggestion. I took other tours during my stay in NYC but I enjoyed yours the most:) Thanks. Karen

Our tour began at the beautiful palace hotel, which set the scene for what we were going to see and we were immediately greeted by Lindsey, our very friendly,knowledgeable tour guide. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the locations and learnt many new things about the various parts of the city, the show, the characters and the actors. The coach was comfortable and equipped with multiple TV screens where our memories were refreshed with clips from Gossip Girl, which showed the locations. Lindsey was insightful, friendly and very approachable. Overall, the tour was professional, informative and most of all a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this to any die-hard Gossip Girl fan or someone who just wants to learn more about the show and the setting. xoxo Courtney!

It was good just what we had expected

I was extremely excited to go on the SATC tour. My fiance and I were going to be visiting NYC, and I somehow convinced him to take me on the tour. It was all I could talk about for a week. Our flight ended up getting canceled due to the blizzard that came through the Northeast a couple weekends ago. This pushed us back a day getting into the city, and we didn't make it to the tour on time after Laguardia's power outage mess, getting our baggage, and catching a cab to our hotel (which took an hour that only should have taken about 15 minutes). I called OnLocation to see if they could reschedule us for the next day (we were scheduled for the 3 p.m. tour). They refused. I understand they have a policy of not rescheduling, but the circumstances were out of our control and I REALLY wanted to go on this tour. I'm sure the tour was awesome, but I'm very disappointed in the lack of help the company gave us.

I recommend this to anyone who likes SATC! Lots of sights and a few good stops...And best ever Magnolia Bakery cupcakes;)

My guide Amy was just the RIGHT one. While doing the tour without any friends, I still felt very comfortable with the others of the group and Amy did a great job.

About the Bus tour: Loads of information about nearly too many different TV shows which not all are that well known all over the world. Although, entertaining all in all. I was expecting a bit more movie sights, but we hit a few spots. Brian did a good job and the time just rushed. Arrangements for the NBC tour: Easy in the end, but beforehand by email not possible and unfortunately by phone a little nightmare due to 'automatic all covering nearly endless information'. This is a kind of unsatisfying if you just want to book a date. Studio tour in the end very interesting and offering even unplanned times at one show. Good look behind the scene.

The tour definitely made me look at NY and movies in a whole new way...I am definitely paying more attention to the establishing view from now on! A great experience!
