Your tour was recommended by a friend who previously had gone on it. I was so looking forward to it. I thought it was okay but would not recommend it to others. I also think the price of the tour ($40) was too much and it should be more in the range of $25.00. Most of the tour consisted of the tour guide just quickly pointing out shoots from the show and half of them you didn't even really get to see. They were also mostly not major places from the show. I did not think it was worth stopping the bus to go the "The Sex Shop" where no one really stopped to buy anything anyway. The highlight of the tour was the free cupcake. Not impressed.

My wife and I joined an enthusiastic group of SATC fans, and I realized I was one of the three males on the bus... The guide quite appropriately recognized our effort early on the tour, which helped recover my faith that I was going to get through the day :-) Incidentally, it was good fun and good sightseeing in NYC, although fans will benefit most from the tour. Good stuff with the video clips on the bus, which make the tour more pertinent and easier to relate to the series, even for non-radical SATC fans. The guide was lively, fun, and made a big difference (Lou, I think her name was...) Would do it again, although most recommended for girls!

On our trip to NYC last year my sister and I had noticed the brochure for the Sex and the City tour. We decided that on our next year's trip we were going. We had a blast. The tour was nicely organized and had very clear instructions for meeting points and times. Love all of the fun facts and trivia though out the day and all the group interaction. The bus drivers deserve a big thumbs up for all their hard work getting all of us from point A to point B with ease. They must have nerves of steel. Our tour guide Lou was very fun and friendly and made our experience a memorable one. We will be telling all of our friend and HIGHLY recommending they all go for it.
Excellent Tour Guide, Satisfying Program New York TV and Movie Sites

The tour guide (Gary) did a fantastic job ensuring everyone on the tour is having a good time. His passion and enthusiasm are infectious, which largely enhanced the quality of the tour itself. However, content-wise, the program though interesting, is not timely enough. Most of the relevant movies are over 10 years old at least, and some of them are not that 'iconic'. There are still lots of potential about the filming history in NYC which can be explored through profound research, but haven't been done yet.

I was looking for something different to do with my friends and family in NYC. We took the day off to spend in NYC and rather than walk around with no destanation we booked the Combo New York TV/Movie Sites and NBC Studio Tour. We took the TV/Movie Bus tour first. After reading all the reviews about the tour everyone had Gary and said he was the best he made the whole trip. ......So we were all excited when he came over to the line introduced himself to the group. We all thought wow we are getting Gary that is great. Well we did not get Gary there were two buses he went on one and we went with Kim. Don't get me wrong Kim was fine she was knowlegable but we were all waiting for "Gary" . Once we got past that the trip went fast and we did see many different places, my Fav's the building they used for Friends and the Huxtables House (From the Cosby show). Which we were able to get out and take pictures on or in front of them. I felt that it was hard to see everthing from the bus, Kim would be calling out places but hard to see due to cars in the way and the bus moving before we reached the spot she was speaking of. All and all it went fast did not feel like 3 1/2 hours. Again Kim was knowledgeable I would give it a 7 out of 10. The NBC Studio was excellent the two different tour guides we had were excellent. it was an hour and it went so fast it left us wanting more. highly recommend. Fav part was visiting the SNL studio. 10 out of 10

The tour was terrific. Really got a feel for the series and the film. Went with my grown daughter and we laughed the entire time. Our tour guide, Amy, was fabuous and contributed to the great atmosphere. I highly recommend this.

Good sights, but disappointed Sex and the City Hotspots

We love the show and anticipated a great time, but we were disappointed. We had hoped for a map that indicated all of the stops so that we could be better oriented to the city. Also, we were disappointed that some stops were left out, like the building where Carrie's apartment was located. We felt like it was an extremely long tour to visit sites that were somewhat marginal in the show, while other stops should have been included. I think I would have preferred a map that indicated important locations and the opportunity to find them on my own. Also, $40 per person seems a little high for what was included.

A awesome tour with Gary as our Guide. If you are a fan of movies I highly recommend this tour. Gary was a fantastic guide who had loads of great movie info to share. I would book ahead online or by calling Zerve. The guys selling tours at Times Square are next to useless. We saw sites from Friends, Superman, Ghostbusters, Big, The Cosby Show, Crocodile Dundee, Kate ad Leopold, Enchanted, Spiderman, Men in Black, I am Legend and loads more. Make sure you go to FAO Scwharz for a shot on the piano if you like the movie Big. Just kick the kids out the way!!!

Take the tour on your first day to the city!!! That is my only regret. It was nice to see all the places but I wish I knew before hand to take the tour the first day of arrival. Enjoyed it!
