On Location Tours

The Sex in the City tour was fantastic ! We ate cupcakes from " bakery" we visited the sex shop with the " rabbit" and retraced all their foot steps. I felt like Carrie in New York City !!! I will go on this tour again on my next visit to New York !!! Thumbs way up !!

We love this tour! It was our second time, but it was my daughter's first time in NYC and she really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to everyone, TV and movie buffs especially.

My daughter and I were really looking forward to this tour. When we arrived in NYC, the forecast was for rain showers. And we knew that the tour would run, rain or shine. To be prepared, we took our umbrellas with us to Central Park. About 1/2 hour into the tour it started to rain, not just rain, it was a downpour! We were wading in water at times to our knees in the low spots due to the runoff just to get out of the park! Our tour guide was great! She said something would be done because this was just unreal! Lo and behold, when we got home I received an email to receive a free tour to take at a later date. I responded and received the certificate in the mail about a week ago. Thank you to OnLocation Tours for this compensation. I certainly look forward to taking this tour again.

We are all native new yorkers who happen to LOVE the show Sex and the City. This tour was not only great because it showed you spots where the TVShow was filmed, but great because you got to see some local spots (restaurants, streets, shops, bars etc) that you would have otherwise not known. Our Tour guide (Stefanie) was enthusiastic and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as it truly is a great New York experience!

We were diisappointed when we arrived an 1/2 hour early and an hour waiting on the bus to find that our tour gude was not coming. I cannot express how disappointed we were and how this had ruined a much anticipated day. We booked this trip in advance for my daughters 17th birthday, we were a group of four and had planned a special day in the city for my daughter. I had three girls wth me that were highly disappointed not to mention my daughters birthday. We had to rearrange our day and cancel another event we were going to do in the hope that there would be room on the three oclock tour. I can not tell you how on edge I was in the anticipation that we would have seats on that tour. Luckily we did have seats and we must add it was a wonderful tour of the city and Natasha Malinsky was most entertaining and informative about the show, the characters and the city. She made up for our disappointing start.

i loved it since i am a big fan of sex and the city and was very delighted to see the locations where they filmed. i espeically liked how i got to take a picture at the stairs of carrie's apt. i was also very pleased with my free cupcake.

I despise large bus tours, where people are herded like animals. Our "guide" named Lisa was foul-mouthed and rude to participants. She was promoting her own stand-up comedy act, which was not funny. The tour was fine for a view of NYC, but who cares about bios of actors? I never heard of half the people. I didn't need to know about the THREE times Lisa almost met Chris Noth, who is now pushing 50 and looks it. I skipped the cupcake with all kinds of preservatives and additives. I skipped the stoop visit and avoided your photographer like the plague. The worst part of all was a visit to a dark bar as I didn't drink I went outside to try to find the nearest subway stop. When I start writing about travel agagin, I will punchthis review up but good. Your bus bathroom needs to be cleaned. It smells like it has been used for months without being sanitized.

I liked the tour a lot! The guide was fantastique! She is very entertaining and it was fun listening to her stories. I will recommend the tour.

My husband and my mother-in-law are die hard sopranos fans. We all found it to be very entertaining and lots of fun. A great day. Would of loved a special appearance by someone on the show, that was the only thing missing.

The tour was great i was there with my girlfriend best friend and his girlfriend,we really enjoyed seeing up close some of the prime shooting locations of the sopranos since we are die hard fans and there wasn't a moment of silence on the bus since the guide occupied the group with trivia questions clips from the series and interesting info about the actors themselves. The only minor problem was the bus itself i would recommend switching to a bus with ventilation inside or one that has an option of opening a window for fresh air because during the whole bus ride their was no fresh air that was circulateing inside and as a result we had headaches and felt dizzy! Othr than that the tour was great and i highly recommend the experience to all die hard sopranos fans.

I and my wife have taken our grandchildren on about 15 criuises all over the world. They take tours wherever we go . Their response to your tour was "Grandpa this was one of the best we have ever been on " Not only was it well produced but your guide was outstanding . She was clever , funny , and informative . It was more than worth the cost . Thank you for the experience.

Myself and 2 friends visited New York for a 4 day break, unaware until we watched the TV that they had such a tour and us being avid Sex & The City fans, how could we not go on it. We rang to enquire for 3 places and were lucky enough to get on the tour next day. The meeting place was as they had indicated and a friendly rep checked us in. The trip was very informative, with the assistance of the video/DVD it made the tour even better. The rep knew 'everything', was fun & friendly and made the tour complete with her banter. Although it was rather cold that day (very!!) the thought of getting off the heated bus onto the streets was at first not a good idea, but the places we visited were great, especially the cupcakes and the cosmos. I am sure that I speak for my friends as well as myself in saying that it was one of the BEST best things we did on our short NY trip.
