On Location Tours

I have been on this tour once before, about 4 years ago and preferred it then. We visited Carrie's apartment and Patricia Fields shop however this tour didn't include these destinations. We went to Buddakan where Carrie and Big's pre wedding meal was held, we ate in this restaurant on our last evening and it was really nice but not sure if it was worth putting in the tour. Cupcakes were great as was Aidan and Steve's bar. Overall a good tour but would of been nice to of seen Carrie's apartment.

The tour itself was great, our guide imitated Carrie Bradshaw well in her dress and mannerisms. She was also wonderfuly accommodating. We missed the very first part because after 3 days following the snow storm of 2010, the streets of New York were impossible to navigate. We sat in a cab for 20 minutes and barely moved three blocks. We met the tour at the first stop and our guide gave us her front seat. It was wonderful as we were able to get a 180 degree view of the city. Loved all the stops but wish there were more. Also wished there was a map to show all the points of interest so we could explore later on our own if we chose to do so. I also have to commend our tour bus driver. He was incredible manuvering around trucks double parked in the tiny side streets. Hope to do this tour again. Well worth the money.

The major thing that disappointed me is that the tour didn't include carrie's apartment, when i googled it the tour i found some you tube videos about the Sex and the city hotspots tour and the tour has stopped in the carrie's apartment and people we taking picture on her door steps. that was A MAJOR disappointment and honestly i think the tour is meaningless. the tour guide (lou) was friendly and enthusiastic all the time.

The tour was fun with alot to see and do. Our tour guide Lou was wonderful.

To begin, we made sure to arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes early as stated with the tickets. Unfortunately, our guide and bus arrived 45 minutes late! So needless to say, waiting on the street, with 30 degree winter temps did not put us in the best mood. I do understand that there was recently a snow storm (3 days prior), however with the small group that we had on the bus, I think a phone call/notification or some sort of small refund/compensation is the least they would do as a company but there was none of that - just us on the street, freezing our butts off, wondering if the tour was cancelled and we were not told. Obviously, with a short visit to nyc there are other things that i would rather be doing. On the positive side the guide and driver were both nice people and did a good job.

we all enjoyed our tour with Roseanne - she made it an informative and enjoyable way to experience some of the NYC sites - would highly reccommend.

If you are a big fan of the show and want to get a good idea of places u would like to visit in NY then this is a great tour. The tour guide gives directions throughout to help you relocate places on the tour. It combined two things I loved: the show and New York City at its best!

Our day was freezing cold, the day after the snow blizzards so we were very pleased to see that the tour bus was a closed bus and heated very nicely. Not to hot that we had to keep removing our coats, but just right. Our guide (Roseanne Almanzar) was absolutely awesome. So friendly and entertaining and was very concerned for all her guests. Her knowledge of movies and TV shows that had filmed in new york was amazing. Ask any question about any relevant movie and she had the answer. Her narration, accompanied by movie clips displayed on easily visible overhead screens was just perfect. The tour included several stops at some famous locations so plenty of time for taking pictures (Roseanne even helped her guests with that). All in all, a must do activity while you are in New York city.

There are many sites they take you to on the S&C tour. It was a great way to see all of them and see Greenwich Village. Our guide was great!

I thought our guide was wonderful. He was knowledgable, interesting and fun to listen to. We had some major traffic problems that day because of the snow and he was great finding more stuff to talk about, included the group, etc...

I came with my 2 daughters ages 15 and 10 they found it boring and did not enjoy the tour. I am orginally a NY I thought it was just okay.

We went on this tour with my husband for my birthday because we thought it'd be fun. We didn't consider the fact that we live in Manhattan, so we've been to all the places they took us to multiple times... I would definitely reccomend the Sex and the City tour to all the people who come to NYC visiting and want to know the city better. Not for newyorkers though....

Great way to see the GG sites & the upper east!

I booked this tour for my two daughters who are fans of the TV show, but I enjoyed it as much as they did. Our tour guide, Lindsey, was knowledgeable not only about the show but had lots of other "fun facts" about the city. The bus was comfortable and the driver was able to drop us off and pick us up close to our destinations despite the fact that we took this tour just a day or two after the December 2010 blizzard.

It was good fun and interesting to see where the show was shot and why. The cupcakes were really good and the tour guide was fun, I thought the stops were really good and recommend that you go on the tour early in your stay so that if you want to go back to places you can (Henri Bendel needs time!). Overall great fun and well worth it.
