On Location Tours

I only did half the tour because I was left behind. Thank god I know the city otherwise I would have definetly been lost. When we were told to be back at the bus by 5:10, they really ment it because when I got back at 5:13 the bus had already left us. NOT VERY HAPPY about spending that kind of money to be left behind so quickly

The tour is very well organized. The leader, Stephanie, was very enthusiastic and very accomodating taking pictures etc. We had a delightful afternoon and loved all the spots we visited.

We took the April 28 tour with Marc Baron. Firstly, coming from UK, although we really love watching The Sopranos, never having missed an episode right from the pilot, did we really want to spend four hours of our valuable time in NYC on a tour bus looking around industrial New Jersey ? We knew this would take up our whole Saturday afternoon, and the evening was booked up to see The Killers at Madison Square Garden. Whilst waiting to be picked up I wondered if my wife would want to shoot me afterwards ! The tour began with Marc filling in some background of the show, and checking in other folks as they arrived, immediately he had us hooked. For the whole duration of the tour which really flew through the four hours, Marc was really a superb host, being amusing, witty, AND above all - interesting. Whilst travelling around couldn't help noticing some of the locals were somewhat entertained by a coach full of tourists disembarking to flash their cameras at Satriales Pork and other stuff. One of whom shouted at me through his car window - "Yo! So yous a Sopranos fan right ? " I replied in the affirmative. " Welcome to Jersey ! " he shouted as the traffic lights changed to green. The sortie into Bada Bing was very professionally executed ( no pun ), and was a great way to finish the locations. The whole thing was very well put together, with the snack stop, video blooper analysis, quizzes and of course, the canoli. By the way, either they fixed the air-con or it was a different bus, but no complaints anyway. Thanks very much to Marc, he was really, really, a goodfella. Taking The Sopranos tour was the highlight of our trip to New York !

My recent visit to NYC had so many highlights that it will be a holiday never to forget! We took in just about everything and made time to go on the sex and the city tour- From start to finish we absoloutly loved it! As big fans of the show, it was great to see so many places that appear in the epsiodes- places were talked about and then showed on the tv on the bus, you really began to fel a part of the show! It took us much deeper into NYC than we ever imagined, it was a great chance to get to see the city and see the satc hotspots! Our tourguide, Lisa, was fabulously satc and really made the tour fun! From Cosmos to cupcakes, sex shops to carries steps, I found this tour a breathtaking experience and a way to see the real NYC as shown by satc!We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to all satc fans everywhere! Thank you !

I really enjoyed this tour, although I expected other recent movie sites to be visited. For me, the highlight of the tour was visiting the Friends building. A very pleasant surprise was visiting Rice to Riches, a place that was used in the movie Hitch, where they make delicious rice pudding. The tour guide really knew what he was talking about, and I liked to hear about filming techniques, bloopers, and other secrets that we usually are not aware when we watch movies and tv shows.

I loved this tour. It made me want to watch Sex in the City all over again. There were lots of highlights like being photographed in Carrie's footsteps, and having Cosmopolitan drinks. The tour guide was wonderful, she took time to explain everything about the plot that we needed to know, and she made us identify with the girls personality: Are you a Samantha or a Carrie? Where are the Charlottes? Very fun tour, I laughed a lot and enjoyed every minute of it.

We had a great trip around NJ to the locations. Even that my partner only have seen a few episodes of Tony and the crew, she enjoyed it' .... -The canolli's is also fantastic :)

Was a great way to pass a rainy day in New York. The Bus needed to be on time as it was very cold.

it's fun if you have done everything else you wish to do in new york and have 3 hours to spare - also works well if the weather is bad but it's not really worth the money paid for it. you can deffo get around to the spots like carries stoop - (around the corner from the cup cake shop ) etc by your self - the actual tour adds nothing special. i guess it depends how obcessed you are with the show.

We had a great time -- gave us a chance to see so many parts of Manhattan and it was thrilling to see the places we watch on TV and the movies. I would definitely do the SATC tour as well. Would recommend to any first time New York visitor

Marc the tour guide is absolutely excellant. His knowledge of Sopranos and sense of humor made this trip even more enoyable.
