| We were part of the tour on Sunday, 11/02, where the bus never showed up to pick us up for the tour. It was frustrating because our guide could not get a hold of the one person who could contact the bus company. This was the only time that we could do the tour. So, we were very disapointed, to say the least. | ||||||

| this was a good side trip. The presenter was very enthusiatic. Unfornunately, she spent more time talking about NYC tah than showing us actual movie/show scenes, which is why we signed up for the tour. | ||||||

| This was truly a fun afternoon - very light-hearted, bunch of girls ( and guys) having the same sort of naughty fun that the show's writing is all about. It also gave a brief tour of NYC that provided me with places to go in the days of my vacation following the tour. All in all, a good time at a great price. | ||||||

| Guide very knowledgable and interesting facts. Good fun on the coach. Expected to spend more time in bars, shops or restaurants. Church could have been a drive by and used the time in O'Niells or another stop off. Should have had time in the shoe shop!! Maybe could finish at the bar and let people chose to stay if they wish. | ||||||

| i thought the tour was quite good, it showed you all the hotspots that are used in the series. it could have done with more stop off's at bars that the girls use. and the last stop we had for a cosmo we were rushed in drinking so did'nt really enjoy it. not sure if i would recommend it to other people as it's a long part of your day taken up. if the tour did'nt start by central park it may have been better but with all the traffic it just felt like it went on and on. the girl doing the tour was very good. although i felt sorry for her having the tv crew there, this was also making us feel uncomfortable having the camera in our faces. it was good fun but i would'nt do it again. | ||||||

| I was severely disappointed with this tour. Firstly it was mis-sold to us, the lady at the call-desk saying it was a tour concerning the t.v. show 'Friends' when in fact it was a collection of American t.v. shows. Secondly, the tour guide was unhelpful and spent more time talking about herself and her life in Manhattan than the subject of t.v. shows and movies connected with New York. Thirdly the bus driver was rude and argumentative with myself and my mother, I was utterly shocked at our treatment. I do not recommend this to anyone, and have to say that sadly all the information I have given is true. We left the tour early when the bus stopped to show us yet another ''attraction'' that appeared in a film we had never heard of for a brief millisecond. Consequently we were stranded in a part of lower Manhattan we knew nothing about, but frankly we'd have rather been anywhere than on your tour. A. Jones | ||||||

| A fun tour, but it took too long in coming back from down town. Maybe the tour could start by the Empire State building, etc. and then start at the southern end of the city and make it's way back up to the northern end. I would recommend it to someone who had more than a couple days to spend, or on a second or third trip to the city. For someone taking a first time trip and only on a long weekend, it took too much time. | ||||||

| There are 8 locations listed on the website as examples and we only visited 5 of them - we did not see the restaurant used in Spiderman, Grace's design studio or the diner from Men in Black. I estimate, being generous, that 30 locations were discussed, not over 100 as stated on the website. I was extremely disappointed with the amount of content on the tour, and would not recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York. | ||||||

| We did not even get to go on the tour because of delays and incompetence. We were very cooperative at first and hopped into the Plaza for a drink to pass the time. Unfortunately the tour guide was not very competent and advised the group that we had longer time than we actually did. This led to me and my group missing the bus tour. My group and I agreed that the tour guide might have become an irking annoyance if we did participate on the trip. I feel the idea is a good one, but competency is also another great idea, i.e. the tour guide. However thanks to alternative resources I did reclaim my money in the end. Maybe after all is forgotten and certain tour guides have retired, I may give it another shot. | ||||||

| The tour was good overall, could have been a bit more upbeat. Our bus was 45 mins late, which posed great problems for the remainder of our evening. I felt like we blew through many things because of the late start. The guide did do her best to keep things going despite all of the mishaps. | ||||||

| The tour on the whole was great fun and the tour guide was very good too. The only downfall was that we were stuck in traffic for much of the time but I guess this could not be helped. | ||||||
