| The Sex in the City tour on 11/15/08 was wonderful and our tour guide was entertaining! It is perfect for a group of girl friends and for any Sex in the City fan. However, was disappointed that we did not get to go on the steps of Carrie's apartment. I had a friend that did the tour last year and they got to take pictures on the steps so I was really looking forward to that! Other than that, great tour! | ||||||

| My husband & I went to NY, & I was dying to go on the tour but was worried he'd be bored (he doesn't watch SATC)...he was very sweet & came with me - and we both loved it! Even for him even though he's not a fan, the guide showed clips of SATC to show where we were & where the sights appeared in the show so it gave everyone a sense of knowing which was great! The guide was fantastic (Sandy) - she was a great laugh and made us all feel very comfortable & relaxed! You must be prepared for some swearing & such - very SATC & all in good fun! The great thing is SATC is filmed on location all round NY so you see loads, and the tour guide knows loads of inside gossip about the characters & show - e.g. the day Sarah Jessica Parker found out she was expecting etc... where Kristen buys her bed linen & where to get it cheaper! We stopped at The Pleasure Chest where Charlotte bought her rabbit - great fun! We ate cup-cakes at the Magnolia Bakery where Miranda & Carrie eat them (free & yum-my!) & then we had a drink in Steve & Aiden's bar Scout, where we got a reduced rate on Cosmopolitans ($9 instead of $14 plus say a dollar for the waitor). You are also given a brochure with all the addresses in so that you can go back to the locations if you want - my husband & I went back to the A.O.C cafe that evening - the cafe where Carrie has a date with the 'bird man'!! Another great thing - the A.O.C cafe is on the corner of Grove Street, Greenwich Village and down there is the Friends building! No Central Perk sadly, but a gorgeous little bistro... we went in there too! You also stop at thw HBO store at the end, and by showing your tour brochure get 10% discount on lots of things.... I would (& my husband!) would really recommend it - great value for money! Have fun xxx | ||||||

| Our tour of Sex and the City hotspots was absolutely fabulous. Our tour guide, Sandy, was wonderful and had knowledge that even the best SATC fan wouldn't know! Great way to see parts of the city too. Would go again! | ||||||

| The tour was fantastic. A great and unusual way to familiarise yourself with this fascinating city. Hot spots that would probably have gone unnoticed were brought to the fore in this lively, funny and insightful introduction to Carrie's world. Our tour guide Amy was fabulous with her self depreciating humour and tales of liaisons with the stars. Oh and the cup cakes are to die for! Go, go, go you won't regret it. | ||||||

| The tour was absolutely fantastic and my tour guide was hilarious. The format is perfect - although it could be improved by including one of the external locations for Carrie's flat. I would have appreciated more time at the Magnolia Bakery / Fresh as by the time I queued up at the bakery I only had time to dash in and out of Fresh. This meant I had to go back separately to buy the things I wanted. | ||||||

| I absolutely LOVED this tour. The tour guide was a hoot and I enjoyed seeing the clips of the tv show and movie along with the actual place it was filmed. I loved the stop at Scout (Aidan and Steve's bar) for cosmos and the stop to Magnolia bakery was fun, too. The only complaints that I might have would be that the tour was scheduled to start at 10 and when I purchased the tickets I was told to be there 15 minutes early, which me and my friend were. There was one bus there at 10 but since there was too many of us to fit on it...we had to wait for a 2nd bus...IN THE POURING RAIN. It took at least another 20-30 minutes for our bus to arrive. I understand that there are always issues with traffic in NYC (which is why they said the bus was late) but if you tell your customers that the bus will leave at 10....MAKE SURE IT DOES!!! The only other complaint is that we didn't get to go by "Carrie's apartment". I am not sure why this is and I meant to ask the tour guide but didn't get the chance. It would have been a nice addition to the tour. Overall, this tour was one of the highlights of my trip to NYC and I really DO highly recommend! | ||||||

| Our guide Amy was absolutely lovely. She made the trip of course but all the sights were fun to explore. Could have done without the sex store but was not offended by it in any way. The only hectic moment was when we arrived at the Fountain (meeting place) and it wasn't very clear which group to join. That could be improved. Thanks for a great trip, it was my daughters 20 birthday and she had a blast. | ||||||

| First off we had the best tour guide, Amy. She was delightful, energentic, fun and very knowledgeable of the SATC show. We loved seeing the locations, the trip to the bar for Cosmos, Magnolia Bakery and "toy" store. I would for sure go again next visit to NYC! | ||||||

| I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city especially if it's for the first time. On the tour you are given the opportunity to venture to different parts of the city from where you may be staying. For instance our hotel was in Midtown Manhattan and had it not been for the tour we would not have been able to experience the different parts of lower Manhattan including Greenwich village, Chelsea, Tribeca, and Lower Manhattan. The stops on the tour where pretty interesting and each location was followed by the video clip from various tv shows and movies. There was also a number of neat little facts that our tour guide disclosed about the city that otherwise we would not have learned. Overall it was an entertaining way to spend 3 hours and a good way to see other parts of the city that are not as easy to walk to!! I would however not as strongly endorse the NBC Studio tour. My boyfriend and I were extremely excited about this tour being we are huge SNL and Conan O'Brien fans. It starts out with a 15 minute video on NBC history which was somewhat interesting. Originally the tour information had told us that we would see 3 of the 5 studios in Rockefellar Plaza. On the tour however we were only shown the observation deck for SNL, which was really neat, but just not what we had expected. There was also a mock "dressing room" which was basically a room with a few head molds and a television set up to show you how they are made. And then there was a "NBC News Room" set up consisting of a fake desk where you could have your picture taken and a mock news reading. Overall, both of us were pretty let down by this portion. But to each his own! Hope this helps!! | ||||||

| I normally avoid guided tours but this was so much fun that I cannot wait to tell others about it! First, the tour bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Secondly, watching the HBO series and movie clips in conjunction with the tour made the experience that much better. We loved the fact that we made several stops where we could exit the bus and walk around. And what can I say, the cupcakes were fabulous! We actually had such a great time on the tour that we returned to Tortilla Flats for lunch later that afternoon. Lastly, if you are planning to take this tour I recommend you try to catch a few reruns from the series and definitely watch the movie! | ||||||

| I loved it! I saw parts of NYC i have never seen in the 10 years I have been visiting. I liked the stops and the clips from the show and movie. I do think it could have been a bit shorter but I loved it along with my group that went on it. | ||||||

| My friend and I went on the tour. It was my 1st trip to NYC but my friend has been many times. She was impressed by all the locations we went by that she's never experienced in her previous trips. I was enthralled by everything! The only thing I wish I had known was that we should tip our tour guides at the end. Neither of us had any cash and our tour guide, Stephanie, did an amazing job and definitely deserved her tips. Stephanie made you feel like you were on a tour with one of the original S&TC gals. I would definitely recommend this tour. | ||||||

| We booked on line and everything ran so smoothly. The bus tour was fantastic (even in the pouring rain) and our guide was very informative and entertaining. Loved getting a pizza and pop deal for $4.00 and especially liked the treat of a black and white cookie. Really enjoyed the NBC tour as we got to see the Conan and SNL sets. HOWEVER!!! The movie that we watched prior to the studio tour was of very poor quality. The photo that we purchased to the tune of almost $20.00 American Dollars ( and we are Canadian) was horribly orange in colour. The peacock and the last letter (r) in the words NBC Tour were partially cut off. In the c.d. that we purchased to the tune of $30.00 American Dollars ( and again I say, we are Canadian) the person reading the news was all stretched out horizontally and the person reading the weather ( me) had my last word cut off. YIKES!!! | ||||||
