My Sex and The City Tour Experience:

| After literally looking forward to the Sex and the City tour bus for years, I was more than thrilled to finally be there to celebrate my 38th birthday. The bus location was easy to find, the bus itself was clean, and the other tourists were as enthusiastic as I was. Initially the tour guide urged us to get rowdy and get involved. As the bus toured the City, the sites were pointed out as we watched clips from the show and the movie. During that time we were informed of SATC facts and asked trivia questions . I was having a 'Fabulous' time! On occasion, the tour bus stopped and we were allowed off to briefly check out locations up close. Again, simply 'Fabulous'! I was having the best birthday I'd had in years until my tour guide announced to my friend and I that "she knew we were having a good time, but we would have to keep it down because there had been complaints". She made this announcement out loud as we were exiting the bus, everyone within ear shot heard her. I was humiliated! As well as confused? My jaw must have hit the floor as I got off the bus to think about why this had just been said to me?? We were encouraged to participate, and I had done nothing other than that!? I had honestly never been so mortified ! I was made to feel like a child who'd been scolded. I could not imagine getting back onto that bus after what that woman had done to me. If there had truly been a complaint the tour guide should have pulled us aside and quietly spoken to us in private. I am still in awe by the disrespectful way in which the matter was handled. Because of that horrible incident, my friend and I did not return to the bus, instead we walked for many blocks and then took a cab to our destination. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and would only recommend this tour if the current tour guide is replaced! Her name is Stacey. And I will be calling the company to put in a formal complaint. |

| I normally don't go on tours when I travel, but being a huge fan of sex and the city- I decided to make an exception.
I am glad that I did, the tour was highly enjoyable and our guide was great! I found the whole thing very fun and it wasn't cheesy or anything.
I seriously recommend this to anyone who loves the show!
PS- Our guides were nice enough to point us in the right direction and we were able to see some of the shooting for the Sex and the City 2 movie!!! |

| This tour is awesome !! SATC fans should absof***lutely do it !! Our guide knew everything about SATC and we even got info on filming location of the second movie !!! |

| The trip is a fun summary of the spots in NYC. The tour guide should have a microphone as she is inaudible In the waiting area by the fountain.
In addition they should show the clips to the sights that are going to be seen before we see them so we know what we are looking at. |

| I had a great time on the tour as the tour guide was GREAT! She was super fun and full of energy. Just a suggestion, but it would have been great if after the tour you had the option of going to a theatre to watch the movie..

| I really liked Lou as a tour guide, she was had great personality. I was a little disappointed we didn't get to see Carrie's apartment. |

| We had a great time on the SATC tour! Not only did we get to see all the spots from the show but we also got a free ride on a warm, cozy bus through all the most popular places in downtown NYC. We loved the fact that the bus had video playing of the SATC scenes to refresh our memories of the episodes :) We had a great time! |

| The tour was everything and more that we expected it to be. The best part about it was Lou, our guide who kept us wonderfully entertained the entire time. |

| Great tour; the video segmenets really got everyone excited about what was coming up next. Our tour guide, Lou, was instrumental in making the tour even more fun. Her enthusiasm, high energy, and knowledge on the subject was incredible and it flowed to each of us making the tour so much more enjoyable. The bakery, sex shop, and bar stops were fun! Don't know about the other tour guides, but our group loved her and were so glad we had her on our bus!!!! It was one of the best 3 1/2 hours ever spent! Can't wait for the movie!!!!!!! |
