Sex and the City Hotspots

We made a special trip to NYC for the tour and took in a broadway show as well. The 3 1/2 hour tour went by in a flash. It is a great way to see the city, have a cosmopolitan and a delicious cupcake as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Really appreciated the fantastic guide, Stacey and the sense of humour, this trip is not to be compared with normal boring bus tours in any way. Loved the combination of tour and stops. Will recommened broadly to other girls going to NYC

My friend and I absolutely love Sex and the City and this tour took us all over, giving behind the scene info we never knew! The tour stopped or passed tons of SATC hot spots and our tour guide was a blast. We definitely recommend this tour to any SATC fan or shopaholic looking for great dining and shopping locations.

Staci was excellent! Funny, enthusiastic, knew a LOT about SATC and I couldn't rate her any more highly, she was fantastic. The tour was such a wonderful way to see the places that we have watched on TV over and over again through the years. Bit disappointing to not go to see the external Carrie's house (although can understand why the owners get annoyed with tourists!) and also the cupcakes were not from the Magnolia Bakery which was mysterious...! Loved loved loved this tour and will highly recommend to all my girlfriends coming to New York!

The tour was great. Good length of time, which made it good value for money. The right amount of time at each stop. Was rather disappointed that we weren't taken down the street where the outside of Carrie's apartment & many street scenes were shot. We were fobbed off with "all the streets look similar & her apartment is an actual TV studio" (obviously!), but I know 3 other friends in the UK who did a SATC tour & were shown Carrie's place. Otherwise we all enjoyed it very much & headed back to 'the village' for our Friday night out!

The tour was very interesting and Lindsay makes the tour very funny, but for us it were better if we could made the tour in german. my girlfreind could`nt understand much, of course instead of the "small" time we had and the quickly speaking of Lindsay but the tour was funny and interesting. If we have any friends who will visiting NY we would recommend this tour and of course the Movie and TV Tour we already made

This tour wasn't only for sex & the city enthusiasts. It was also an amazing way to see the city for a fan or someone who's not. Our tour guide, Lou, did a fantastic job. I recommend everyone to go on this tour regardless of your take on the show/movies.

It was interesting to see some filming locations form the show and the tour guide was very enthusiastic about each and every one of them.

My 23 year old daughter and I joined the tour on a Tuesday afternoon - the tour guide was there in plenty of time and we were welcomed on board the bus. Unfortunately on this day there was a malfunction with one of the doors so our start time was delayed by about 30 minutes. However to give the tour guide her due she kept us informed about what was happening to rectify the fault and kept us amused with snippets of gossip about the characters. Her knowledge was excellent. We finally got going and we headed towards our first destination - the sex shop! This was an interesting experience for my daughter and myself - I think I may have cramped her style a bit though!! The other stops - the restaurant, the little street in West Village - accompanied by a fabulous cupcake and the bar with a great Cosmo were also well chosen and appropriate. What we really enjoyed was seeing parts of the City that we probably wouldn't have visited by ourselves - Flatiron, Meatpacking District and of course Greenwich Village - which is very like parts of London and reminded us of home! It was my fourth visit to NYC - my daughter's second - and we both agree that seeing the different locations made us feel that on our next trip (in a year or two) we will want to visit some of these areas again. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and her informative patter was witty and made what could have been a disaster with the bus problem a very enjoyable 3 and a half hours - the time flew by. The one negative for us is the inevitable speech about the gratuities - we do tip in England as well you know! I realise it is a very American thing to rely so heavily on tips but the pitch for gratuities actually can make you feel less inclined to give what you might have done initially. Good service should be rewarded of course and for me the envelope in the pack was enough to remind me that I would like to reward the guide and the driver - I didn't need the story about how much the gratuities helped her to live a normal existence in what is quite an expensive city. I assume it is her choice to live and work there. That aside I would recommend the activity enormously to anyone who is interested in seeing areas of the city that they haven't explored before - expert knowledge of the girls was not needed as the guide told you everything you needed to know! We would do another tour in the future - maybe the Sopranos but we'll see what is on offer next time we come over. Thanks very much

Highly recommended! A great way to see New York! The tour guide was fantastic, funny and got everyone relaxed and involved. It was a great way for me to meet other tourists as I was travelling alone. Everyone is having such a great time and is so friendly!
