Sex and the City Hotspots

See above comment and...would have liked to see where the girls lived. It would also be a million times better if the bus was like a double decker bus with seats on the second floor being outside for better viewing, of course the problem here would be everyone would want to sit outside. Perhaps having a trolley or non-tinted windows would help for better viewing.

My Mother, Sister, Aunt and I planned a trip up to NYC to visit with my family in Brooklyn as well as see the sites of the city. The SATC tour was something my Sister and I had on our "must-do" list but had to do a little convincing for some of the others...especially my Aunt who lives in Brooklyn. After the tour was over, my Aunt from Brooklyn exclaimed, "This was SO much fun...I LOVED IT!!!" Of course, we all loved it! It was such a fun and interesting way to not only see the locations of so many scenes from the show/movie but to also see areas of NYC that we might not have had a chance to visit otherwise. As we all know, NYC was the fifth character in SATC...don't miss the chance to see it on this tour! The use of video clips interspersed throughout the tour helped to highlight and remind us of the scenes where the locales were featured. Great tour and great guide...Lou was fun, interesting, knowledgeable, friendly AND a gracious photographer!!!

My friends and I had an amazing experience! Lou was outgoing and made us all feel comfortable. The tour was great because it not only gave us highlighted sites from SATC but it also gave us a view of the city that we wouldn't normally get to see... I wish we had seen Carrie's old brownstone building but aside from that, I found the tour quite entertaining. I would highly recommend it to anyone! In fact, I would love to do the Seinfeld tour next time I'm in NYC!

The Sex and the City Series was on TV for more than 5 years and it was mostly filmed in NYC...there are a lot more "spots" that could be visited while on the tour. That said, I believe it's hard to fit all the spots in 3.5 hours. Nevertheless, the tour could be longer or make up for it with more interaction at these "spots". I did this tour a couple of months ago and we got free drinks (Cosmos) at Oniel's and this time we had to pay for it! That was not cool, specially when I told my friends about the free drinks!! I think there is always room for improvement :) PS: Magnolia's cupcakes were delicious as always!

it was so fun seeing the city from the perspective of the show! our guide, lou, was fantastic!! she was so helpful, fun, funny, and was still able to spend personal time with us! i would have liked to have seen more from the movies, but i know it is hard to fit in 6 seasons and 2 movies in 3 hours!! and, i'm sure some of the locations require privacy and confidentiality... i would recommend this to anyone and especially with our fantastic guide!!

Too short trip, bad value for the money. Too much timepressure

My best friend and I are huge "Sex and the City" fans, so we really wanted to go on this tour once we found out about it. The 3.5 hours went by incredibly quickly as we drove passed film sites while watching clips from the show and enjoyed our tour guide's quirky sense of humor and vast knowledge of the series. I think the best part of the tour was our walk through Greenwich Village after partaking in a cupcake. Though Carrie Bradshaw's apartment wasn't part of the tour, we accidently stumbled upon it while taking pictures of romantic NYC apartment buildings on Perry Street. We also enjoyed sitting on the steps of Aiden and Steve's bar, Scout - actually O'Neil's, drinking discounted Cosmopolitans and people watching. I would definately recommend taking the tour if you've seen the movies and the episodes from the show. I don't think you would get as much out of it if you haven't kept up with the series, but even if you haven't, you still get some tips on great dining and shopping locations while on board and a fairly nice tour of the city. It was fabulous!

I went on this tour with two friends, and we all loved it. Our tour guide was great. For fans of Sex and the City, this is a must see.

we did enjoy the tour. it was great to see the city in a different way that we would have if we hadn't done it. love stopping and walking around to see different parts of NYC. would recommend but wish it was a little bit cheaper. but the sex was good!!
