Interesting tour of the city spots

| Purchase of tickets was very easy - off to a good start. At meeting place, lots of confusion as to where we should all be lined up. Tour sold out....just made it on the bus, almost had to sit next to a stranger and not with my friend! Luckily, a very nice lady changed sits with us and we were able to sit together...otherwise it wouldn't have been any fun at all.
Unfortunately, it was a very hot day, and even with the a/c on in the bus, it was difficult to stay cool. Clips of shows were very cute and background set-up was nicely done. Would like to learn more about the background of the show, the actors, costumes, etc. Little tid-bit stories were well done....just need more. Also when stopping at the Magnolia Bakery, it just seemed very crowded and not relaxed. Would have loved a place to sit, cool off and enjoy a drink with the cupcake...get to enjoy the area. Also trip to the Pleasure Chest was very short, espcially since the place is tiny - hardly time to shop before we had to leave. Overall good tour for die-hard fans. |

| the tour was one of the best parts of the stay in the usa. it is wonderful to see the real places. the best part was to eat the cupcakes in the magnolia bakery and to sit on carries steps. the tour guide was perfect for that tour.
i would tell everybody to make that tour, even when you are not a big sex and the city fan

| I am not a big fan of big bus tours but had a great time on this tour. Being able to get off the bus and see and do things along the way was a fun addition. I would suggest this to other friends and fans of the show! |

| it was overall pretty fun. I took my girlfriend for her birthday n she loved it but I was skeptical at first that i'd hate it but in the end I had a good time. I saw some new things n learned about cool places in manhattan that I didn't know of before. I would recommend it to fans n nonfans of the show alike. |

| Maybe no need to go to the sex shop. It didnt really look like the set and we were just too many people is such a small place. |

| A job well done by our informed tour guide. I felt like I saw all the important spots from my fav. show, and will never forget eating cupcakes in the park, or sitting on Carrie's front stoop. Well worth the money, but don't be late-they leave on time! |

| It was wonderful to see how New York City was used in Sex on the City, and how the local places became hotspots because of the show.
It was also a great view/tour of the city from the bus and out tour guide Emily was fantastic.

| I did the SatC Tour on August, 26th at 3 pm.
The guide of the tour was very bubbly, nice, funny.
I wouldn't really do it on my own again since the guide doesn't seem to care if you are on your own or not. No question before the tour if you wanna join the English tour or prefer a different language. Okay, I would have done it in English anyway, but yet I wasn't asked and would have expected that of a tour that costs that much. The stations we were allowed to leave the bus were not really that interesting for me, there would have been far more interesting places to see on a SatC tour. Also, I didn't like the fact that I had to sit in a bus that was closed to all sides (no open top bus). It was nice weather and also for taking pictures it's pretty stupid to put you on a bus with toned windows, absolutely impossible to take good pictures!
The last station was a bar where I had to sit on my own at a table, how much fun was that! And not at all depressing! So, I just think it is not very well organised. The organizers should have a look at what kind of people are coming on the tour and so on.
Well, I am glad it is over. I learnt quite a few new things about the city which will definitely help me when I move here in October, so will check out all the stations on my own again and take pictures.
If you are in a group then I am sure you'll enjoy most of the tour. |
