Well worth it - even in the rain!

| Went on this tour last Friday morning (11th Sept) and really enjoyed it! Our tour guide Lou was such fun and so informed about the series and not only the spots on the tour but the city itself.
It was a wet morning when we set off and at first was a little down in the dumps with rain blues, but within minutes of sitting on the bus was in a great mood and excited about the sites about to be seen.
If you're a tourist going to NYC for the first time this tour is really great as it gives you a chance to visit many different neighbourhoods and our tour guide Lou gave great advice about nice cafes/restaurants and bars to visit - went to Pastis on Sunday morning - definitely worth it, if not for the vibe alone.
All in all, would recommend this tour to anyone who's either a fan of Sex and the City or even just of NYC. Great value and lots of fun! |

| I can't remember the guide's name but I remember her bio - she had written a play about eating disorders? Anyway, she was great. Super enthusiastic, easy to hear, very organized. Also, she told us precisely wear to look when she was pointing something out - it wasn't like "what? where is she pointing?" She exactly described what she was talking about.
The Magnolia cupcakes were fantastic - thank you for including them in the tour price. |

| You don't have to be a huge SATC fan to enjoy this tour (but it's fantastic if you are) as my friend had only seen the film but not the series. She enjoyed it immensely and it also gave a flavour of some areas of the city. The guide constantly replayed scenes from the various locations whilst we were on the bus. She also gave many New York tips not just with respect to SATC locations but also to other things going on. For that reason I recommend doing it at the start of your trip to New York unlike me on the day I was going to the airport in the evening! |

| I loved the entire tour. Very reasonably priced, saw another part of the city I would not have gone to. It would have been helpful to have a map of our tour as we would have liked to have gone back to some of the areas and wandered the neighborhoods. Tour guide was funny and friendly! |

| I came to NY for the second time and knew I had to take my friend along, I enjoyed it even though it was the second time for me, and my friend loved it. |

| We had a situation that was very disappointing, but everything came out all right, thanks to my cell phone. We were going on our tour on one of the days that the second Sex & the City movie was being shot around the Pulitzer Fountain. The staff from the movie would not let us get near any to the area of the fountain so we asked them if they knew of a change regarding the meeting place for the tour. No one knew anything and they weren't very helpful. We got there with plenty of time and could not find the person with the blue umbrella like the instructions said. Finally, I decided to call the number on the e-ticket and after the third try, I finally got a live person who told us the pick up area had been changed down two blocks due to the movie shoot. By this time it's 10:55 and pick up time was 11:00 so we had to make our way as fast as we could through all the crowds. We did make the pick up but if I hadn't had my cell phone, I don't think we would have made the tour. I wish someone would've gotten the idea to post someone out there by the fountain with a sign or that BLUE UMBRELLA! My friend and I enjoyed the tour and it was a way of seeing parts of New York that we probably would not have seen. Enjoyed the cupcakes and Cosmos very much. |
