What a great way to see New York for the first time and tie it all into to one of my favourite TV shows. The whole essence of the SATC tv show is wrapped up in this tour and our guide, Staci. We had a great view from the bus and the TV clips helped bring back all the locations Staci referred to in her commentary as we passed by. The cup cake from Magnolias bakery was, as expected, perfect. Steve and Aidan's bar, AKA Onieal's, was just beautiful and the drinks were great. Just don't miss your Guide's call for your time to get back on the bus!! It is amazing what image of things you get in your mind when you watch the TV show, but the tour gave it all much more meaning. I can now go back and watch the re-runs of SATC over, again, and feel like I'm there! Thanks Staci - it was a blast! |

My girlfreind and I had a fun time on the Sex in the City Tour
The tour guide had a great sense of humour, and I loved the way they showed clips on the bus of Sex in the City episodes ( I really did need to brush up on it before hand)
The cupcakes where the best i had ever ever had ( even better than my mums lol)
Well worth the money and and a great day out :-))))

I'm so bad with names but we had the best tour guide ever!!! She has red hair and was just perfect. Her passion for the show and love of NYC really showed through. I've been on tours before and yes they are fun but sometimes it just comes down to them being 'a tour'. I cannot say that about this tour. It was absolutely the best tour I have ever been on . Not just because I am a SATC fan but because it just worked so well. You have it down to the exact second and it really shows. Thanks for a great tour. Cheers from Northern Cali! |

I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting a cheesy bus tour around the city. Instead it was fabulous. The bus was extremely comfortable and I was so happy it included a restroom. Our tour guide was adorable! She was organized down to the last detail and provided us with endless entertainment with her oh so animated way! Being a super fan of the show myself, I was so impressed by her extreme knowledge of Sex and the City. This tour is a blast for fans of the show but would be equally fun for those who missed the show. A great tour to do on your first day to get a feel for the city! |

This is a really good tour - the guide was informative and really knowledgeable. She obviously knew her stuff and was very enthusiastic which was great.
My issues were that some of the stops on the tour were rather shoe-horned in and I very much got the feeling that we were stopping in certain places because the retailers were paying the tour company to do so. I couldn't really see any other explanation to be honest.
The first stop was a visit to the Pleasure Chest, as far as I remember this didn't feature particularly heavily in the series, and I'm not sure that stopping at a sex shop was really why people had paid $40 to come on the tour.
We also stopped at O'Niels bar where they had very kindly already prepared a massive tray of Cosmopolitans at the bargain price of $9 (on top of the money paid for the tour) - cheers! There wasn't a lot of room in there and to be honest, it wasn't a particularly exciting stop and I rather felt we were on a bit of a production line.
We did go to the area where the Magnolia bakery was which was really nice, and had chance for a walk round which in my opinion was by far the best stop of the tour.
Overall it was a really fun tour, I just feel that the stops could be a lot better. |

The day I attended the activity, was accompanied by a Tv reporter and a video photographer.It was a surprise for me.
I think I had to know it before. I would have changed the date, because in my opinion,
this kind of tour is different from a regular one, and has more a marketing style.
I did not want to take a part in that show.
The guide was nice and funny, but all the time I was trying to avoid rhe camera, so I am sure I missed points, especially when English is not my mother tongue.
I was dissapointed we did not visit the designer's Pat Field Store.She moved to another place, but I don't think this has to make any difference.I would go there by myself.I think this is one of the "hottest spots" we had to visit.She is responsible for the girl's look, much more than any other.
The activity gave me a glimpse to the neighborhoods and the atmosphere of the
hot spots.The cupcakes from Magnolia were very tasty. I am going there again next time...
The next step: The movie.I am sure i will enjoy it very much , after the tour. |
