The tour was definitely a lot of fun.
The only request I would like to make: our tour guide Stephanie (who was great) gave a few recommendations for restaurants and places to go out to (that weren't specific Sex and the City locations). It would have been great if we could have had an additional little piece of paper with the names and addresses of these places.
Even though the tour guides probably all have their own special places they like that would have just been a little extra bonus!
Anyway, maybe worth a thought for future tours!

I absolutely adored the tour and had a blast. Such a fun tour to do for people who loved the series and the movies. The tour guide, Amy, was fabulous!! We actually plan on seeing her at a comedy club when she comes to Boston. Loved the tour!! |

I was traveling to New York to see a special male friend ;)
who had to work during the day and wouldn't be interested in this tour, anyway...So I decided to risk it and take it alone, knowing that the Sex and the City bond would help me make friends on the tour...and of course it did!!! There was another gal touring solo, and we quickly made friends with other people too. The tourguide was funny, friendly and sassy. I would recommend it to anyone! |

Maybe because we had a 10am tour it wasn't that great. But maybe we were expecting to go to into more locations, or better locations that where we were taken. Is an okay tour. I much preferred the Soprano's tour even though I don't watch Soprano's! And I love Sex and the City but this tour was just average. |

As a semi local with habit of finding SATC locations I thought I'd not be that wow'd but I thought the tour was great and my friend thoroughly enjoyed it who was on holiday to NYC. To start at the opening sequence was clever, to do various stops and food and cocktails were great touch. Our guide Jessica was wonderful and very entertaining during quiet moments and bad traffic. It was not noted that Magnolia was where SATC cupcake craze started but I suspect for the same reason Carrie's apartment was not noted despite being couple of doors down also - to avoid mad rush of all 35 of us into the store/road and so the supplement cupcakes were just as pretty and I snuck my friend down the road anyway.
Overall I would reccomend the tour, do it early in your trip as good way to get idea of where you'd like to go back, especially to some of the restaurants noted on the tour. |
