it was very interesting to find out all the information about the show, especially the extra information the tour guide knew. It was also nice to have a tour guide that had been on the show. Before the tour we got the meet "vito" which was surreal but exciting. All in all the tour was a good length of time, the day passed quickly and we both ejoyed it. |

On a VERY rainy weekend in NYC we were desperate to find something to do where we could stay dry. We tried the Soprano's tour, it was a little cheesy but for the most part I would recommend the tour to Soprano's fans |

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the locations and scenes they came out of. Great guy, very funny too. The tour is four hours (kind of long), but they pack in tons of locations from the show. Study up for the trivia game you play on the bus, some swearing (since many of the quotes on the show had swearing) and you go into the Bada Bing, so not really appropriate for kids. Had a great time, very happy we did it. Vito showed up and took pictures with us as well; great guy. :) |

I booked the tour as I had previously been on the SATC tour and really enjoyed it. My husband and I loved The Sopranos and thought it would be a bit of fun. When we arrived for the bus, we were told to go around the corner and we would meet a big star from the show. Excitement!!! Vito was standing at the back of his car and looked like he was selling memorabilia... people were queuing up to meet him and get their photos taken. When it was our turn the first thing he said was "What do you want?", so we felt obliged to buy something. A numberplate of the Bada Bing and an A4 coloured print off picture of the cast signed by Vito totalled $40. Once we paid THEN we could get the photo. I was genuinely shocked! A bit of a scam if you ask me!
The rest of the tour went well, the guide was very knowledgeable, so much so I felt like I'd missed out on parts (and I've watched the entire series!), we saw lots of sites used in the show. For a fanatic it's a great tour. The highlight for me was the diner in the last scene. It was great to go in and see the booth were Tony sat!! If you like The Sopranos, go on the tour. If you love The Sopranos, you'd be mad to miss it! |

The coolest thing about the tour was before we even left. We got to meet and take pictures with Vito. The tour bus is hot and does not feel like it is air conditioned. The tour is also to sites that were set up for the show and our now other unrecognizable businesses.
The guide is ok but sometimes more about himself. I would recomend finding out where the tour meets and show up and see if a star appears otherwise you wasted your money.
Bottom line my wife and I were very disappointed. |

I had an absolutely excellent time. The tour guide was very funny and really made the down-time (stuck in traffic) go very fast. I enjoyed every part of this tour very much! The bus driver Kenny was fantastic driver and things went very smoothly. The only thing is I think there should be some sort of announcement saying how much walking will be done. I wasn't expecting that. |

I found the tour amazing fun. The guide was great describing all the sites and he was genunine in his enthusiasm for the tour. It was on time and we got to meet a cast member from the show. On the whole this tour is certainly worth taking for any fan of the show. |

I thought this tour was great. It killed a couple of birds with one stone, given that we really wanted to see New Jersey on our trip to NY, and this also ticked that box quite well. It has to be said, it's not absolutely hardcore fans only, but you won't get a great deal from the tour locations if you're not particularly familiar with the programme. Showing clips on the coach of scenes where that location was used put everything in a great context. The obvious highlights were meeting Vito (clearly a nice little earner on the side for him, turning up for ten minutes and selling items for $20+ out of his boot... you can take the guy out of the Sopranos but you can't take the Sopranos out of the guy!) and visiting the Bada Bing. And the guide is spot on, knowlegeable but remains genuine throughout. Well worth it if you have a spare four hours. |
