My older son is a huge Sopranos fan and so this tour was primarily for him. He enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to other fans.

We had such an awesome experience on this tour. Our tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable about the Sopranos. Why wouldn't he be? He has been in several of the Sopranos episodes. We got to meet Vito which was very cool. I highly recommend this tour and someday I plan on going on it again.

Amazing tour

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the locations and scenes they came out of. Great guy, very funny too. The tour is four hours (kind of long), but they pack in tons of locations from the show. Study up for the trivia game you play on the bus, some swearing (since many of the quotes on the show had swearing) and you go into the Bada Bing, so not really appropriate for kids. Had a great time, very happy we did it. Vito showed up and took pictures with us as well; great guy. :)

Too much on the web site is not available on the tour, e.g. The pork shop - no mention it has been pulled down Bus did not stop at some of the sites pictured on the web Photos on the web show Satin Dolls marked as Bada Bing - not anymore!

a must for all Soprano fans

Never having done this type of tour before, I joined without any knowledge of what to expect. Our guide, Gary, was friendly and welcoming. Vito turned up at the beginning and posed for photos and sold merchandise from his car. Before long we were on the coach heading towards that famous N.J. Turnpike sign we all know and love. Each site was special in itself and no doubt all held a secret interest to everybody individually. The sites both surprised and disappointed me as they were not as I had imagined, as is often the case. In the show everything seems to look much bigger. However, it was great to see them. The finale was the best...........the Bada Bing........... and we were lucky enough to get inside, sit on T's chair, and take photos. Throughout the tour Gary was most entertaining with his en route quiz - complete with appropriate prizes for first correct answers. This was both amusing and passed some time. We had an expert on our tour. I am sure this guy had seen the show at least 10 times judging by his knowledge. It all added to the enjoyment of the day. Any self-respecting Sopranos fan must do this tour if possible. It would have been better if we could have spent a bit more time with the cast member to ask a few questions and break the ice. This was not to be as he did not join the tour again. ............just when we thought we were in................ All in all I would thoroughly recommend this afternoon out to anyone who was hooked on this great show.

pricey

costs more than other tours and attractions in area. Vito at bus location which was a major plus. Must be HUGE Soprano fan to enjoy completely. Lots of trivia questions and other useless info.

Myself & my wife attended the Soprano's tour in early May '08...we're both huge fans & were certainly not dissapointed ...From the start we were impressed & excited on meeting one of the actors at the bus meeting point ...after a chat & some photos ..we were off ..great fun following Tony's journey out of NYC & across to Jersey watching out for the familiar landmarks from the shows opening credits ..Our tourguide Mark was excellent ...just to know that he worked on the show was interesting enough .. but also his knowledge & understanding of the show , it's characters & indeed his fellow acting colleauges was fascinating . ..Lots of show trivia & anecdotes throughout the tour kept things moving along nicely ...& the highlights ?....well of coursre The Bing was great...also the cafe/restaurant from the final show ..loved it all !...I'd really recommend this tour to anyone who's a fan of the show .. Big Thanks to Mark (& Kenny our bus driver)...We're left with some very happy memories of our week in New York / New Jersey...ps...since returning home to Dublin (Ireland) we've Started watching the show all over again from the pilot episode ...(Tony Was so thin !).. & of couse we're loving it . ..In short .. "A .F***in A" tour & Tv show. From Denis & Ainhoa Ryan .

If you are a true Sopranos fan, this is a great tour. Very informative and entertaining tour from the beginning. We met Vito and sat at the booth where the Sopranos ended. Interesting to see all the bloopers that you don't notice seeing the show. Highly recommend it.

Something different and interesting to do in NYC
Sat, May 10  2:00 PM ncolvin Female 40-49 International Tourist(s) Other
Tour guide (Gary) was well informed and entertaining ... the tour itself was, as he said, definitely one for die-hard Sopranos fans only, but we enjoyed the extra insights into the making of the series. Location-wise it wasn't that enthralling, but it was our only trip out of NYC so good to see something other than Manhattan.
