Sopranos Sites

We really enjoyed our Sopranos Sites tour. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide was amazing with his knowledge of the most obscure Sopranos trivia and his comic delivery. Seeing the backroads of New Jersey was enjoyable and our visit to the Bada-Bing club was hilarious! Highly recommended!

Really interesting tour, with lots of information and lots of laughs!! The Bada Bing! is an amazing place, the tour guides are friendly people, Holsten's and everything... And I won 3 prizes, so study and maybe you will too.

Try to arrive in plenty of time - we arrived 15 mins before as recommended but everyone else was already there and had posed for photos with Vito already - we thought there was a hurry to get on the bus so missed our photo op. Vito is also selling some of the best Sopranos merchandise from his car - signed photos etc (the HBO shop was disappointing). The tour guide was brilliant - an actor who had been in several episodes and knew all the inside gossip. Sites themself weren't great, apart from the steps where Christopher was shot, the final scene diner and Bada Bing - the rest were pretty unmemorable until they showed film clips on the bus. Disappointed not to see the Soprano's house, and Satriales pork market has been knocked down.The best part of this trip is hearing all the gossip and trivia on the bus - great for die hard fans. Biggest kick for me was arriving at the final scene diner - theme music playing - and entering to get our wee bag of onion rings then get photos with a Tony look-a-like in the same booth, wearing clothes from the final scene and smoking a big fat cigar. Way more exciting than Vito!! Despite some let downs, this is a must for any true Soprano's fan. I'm still singing the theme song...

It was a wet, wet day. Marc Baron was a very good guide, he told us lots of interesting things. Bloopers were shown (I never noticed when seeing the series...), and we saw all the familiar places. When possible we went outside the bus to see things, we stopped at Holsten's to see the place where the final scene was taken and eat some fresh onion rings. I never knew the answers to the questions Marc asked (I saw all the seasons) so I did't win anything, but some people were good with names and quotes. When you've seen the seasons of the Sopranos, it's a must-do

FUN FUN FUN !!! I am a Huge Sopranos Fan....I felt as though this was an incrediable opportunity to be able to experience & visit these amazing sights of where some of the significant scenes of the series was filmed!! I have told all my friends how I had a drink in the Bada Bing & and an order of onion rings in Holstens!! Oh yeah, jealous!!! After all I am from Boston!!!! "Not for Nothing" "WTF"?? lol!!! I am going to try to organize a group of friends to come for the day from Boston and take the tour . THUMBS UP!!!!

I enjoyed the TV show, but my husband was a fan. I enjoyed his enjoyment of the tour the best. Also a favorite part of mine was getting to sit in the booth of the final episode.

The trip was well organised from beginning to end and we found the guide to be enthusiastic and full of information related to the Sopranos tour. He even did little quizzes and competitions on the bus as we were travelling from location to location. Unfortunately we went on Easter Sunday which meant that some venues on the tour were not open, which was disappointing. I would rather have known this and been required by the website to book on a different day, nevertheless it was worth the money I paid. We were able to see areas outside NYC which made our trip even more interesting and the bus service was clean and comfortable. I think the tour would be especially suited to 'die hard' fans because the level of knowledge that the tour guide had was extremely detailed - not just about the cast and storylines but also the technicalities with filming.

After treking around shops and galleries in Manhattan, it was nice to sit on the bus and relax. Marc was great, an excellent host and guide. He's very knowledgable and enthusastic. His quiz questions were a little tricky for me! He put a lot of effort into it and is very entertaining. I thought the video clips were very helpful, as it's been a few years since we watched all the Soprano episodes. It was nice to get off the bus from time to time and stand in the spot where filiming took place. Well done to Marc, our driver and all at On Location. Brian & Rosemary Cavanagh - Dublin, Ireland
