The guide and tour were great, but it easily could have been an hour shorter. It was a little too detailed. |

the soprano tour included meeting vito!! we did not meet him? so that was disappointing. the rest of the tour was great , we learned a lot about the sopran's show. its was well worth the money. |

I have nothing but great things to say about this tour! The guide was great! I told someone after the tour that he made the characters seem like real people. Not just fictitious characters on a TV show. I don’t think you can say much more about a tour of this kind than that.
Also, the bus was very nice. Made all of the driving very comfortable. Great driver as well.
Over all I would honestly give this tour 10 out of 10!!!!

The first bus' toilet stayed within two inches of the top when it was flushed the first time. When the driver was notified he (riciculously) said it was just "draining slowly." Naturally, when the bus took off the toilet immediately slopped over, running down the inside of the bus right under our feet. When the guide was told he requested another bus, but continued the tour to keep on schedule, toilet slopping over at every start. The replacement bus: SMELLED EXACTLY LIKE A URINAL. Evidentally y'all have trouble with the toilets in your buses. I would never recommend this tour to anyone. The feeble offer of a free tour when we return to New York was at least something, but it would be much better had the tour been cancelled and our money refunded.
That bus driver should be fired. He was useless and worse than useless.
The guide was good. The best part of the tour was before we ever got onto the bus, meeting Vito and getting his autograph. |

we were only in new york for two days and this tour took up to much of our time,it was supposed to be a 4 hour tour and it ended up being a 6 hour tour and pretty much ruined our last day of our visit.the bus had a problem with the toilet system and we had to wait for another bus just because of that. i do not recomend this tour or any tour if you plan a short visit. |
