New York TV and Movie Sites

Starts off well with a meeting at Ellen's Stardust Diner.. this is a must-do on its own. Our bus was very late so we were hanging around a lot but once we got started it was good.Only criticism was that commentary and quiz was very much based on Seinfeld and Friends. Quiz questions should have been more wide-ranging. Young guide was enthusiastic and knew his movies .

It was good fun and the guide knew a lot of intersting facts and had a good sense of humour, however the stops on the tour where sometimes useless (what are you supposed to do on a 20 min "shopping break"?). I recommend to change the stops where you get out to places more interesting!

Scott was our tourist! He was amazing!! So entertaining & fun! Definately recomended!

Our tour guide, Scott, was a very enthusiastic & a knowledgeable guide. We live right across the river in NJ and enjoy spending a day in the city several times a year. This was the first time we did a guided tour and really enjoyed it. I can't comment on the value (cost to sites ratio) as this was given to us as a gift, but I do think its a great way to see a large chunk of the city in a few short hours. I would definitely recommend this tour to movie buffs- amazing to learn how much has been filmed in NYC!

Our tour guide Roseanne was excellent, she was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable regarding the movies and tv shows. The tour was long but she made it exciting, the only down fall is the short quick stops at some of the locations and the 20 minute time we had to check out the locations independently was quick, wasn't able to see all of them. Gave me an overview of where celebrities live and know where all the popular hotspots for on location films.

Our tour guide Gary was professional, courtious, very funny and provided us with lots of great info at a reasonable pace. A well planned and executed tour. Highly recommended to anyone who loves NY and movies and hope that Gary is your guide.

The tour is good for people with superficial knowledge of blockbusters..i knew already most locations, and you just pass by quickly with the bus. the stops done are not really "informative" in terms of movies. You spend most of th etime on te bus, just trying to get a glimpse of things....

Tour pointed out lots of locations, favourite being the Friends building. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Only downside was we got stuck in a lot of traffic, think mainly due to the fact that Obama was in town.

Even as a lifetime New Yorker I was surprised by some of the sites and stories. The tour was a good blend of sightseeing from a vehicle, on foot and of being given a little time to explore on your own.

Well worth the time and money, saw more of the city than we ever could have seen on our own. The tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Try it, you'll love it.
