New York TV & Movie Sites

We had a great time on our tour with Gary. This is a whole lot more interesting for those who are 'die-hard' movie and tv fans, but even for those who aren't, the tour is still entertaining. The sites were very interesting, but the only downfall is that we passed by some of the sites way too quickly. Now, I understand that we are on a bus in New York City, but I think that the customer expects a little more time to see the site or at least would like a little more time. Gary was awesome! He was fun, knowledgeable, and kept the tour moving. We hardly realized that 3+ hours passed us by. Thanks for your service and we hope to see you on another tour when we return! Thanks for the 'reel' good time!

We went on the Movie Tour around NYC. Its was a highly enjoyable tour and the tour guide (Gavin) was very knowledgable and entertaining.

Wir haben die Tour über das Internet gebucht. Alles hat Prima geklappt. Unsere Tourführerin hat sehr viele Informationen für uns bereit gehalten. Dabei war sie extrem witzig und es hat Spaß gemacht ihr zu lauschen. Kleinere Fahrzeiten ohne (TV relevante) Sehenswürdigkeiten, hat sie mit kleinen TV Quizen gestaltet. Natürlich gab es auch Preise für richtige Antworten. Die angefahrenen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut gewählt und behandelten fast ausschließlich Filme und Serien, die auch bei uns in Deutschland liefen bzw. laufen. Obwohl wir keine deutschsprachige Tour gebucht hatten, konnte man mit soliden Englischkenntnissen der Tour gut folgen. Mein Fazit: IMMER WIEDER GERNE! DIE TOUR WAR JEDEN DOLLAR WERT! Bernd Liebscher

The tour has been very funny, in part because the guide was very very pleasant and tried to do her best for us. About the tour, I can say that we saw a lot of locations that were part of a film, but many of them were not very known by us nor very interesting. But in general, the tour has been ok, because has allowed us to see the city through another point of view.

Being from NJ we tend to not to touristy like activities in NY but I wanted to have a father/daughter day with my 18 year old. I Googled what to do in NY with a teenager and your tour came up. I talked it over with her and we decided to do the TV/Movie tour. It was much better than I had expected and our tour guide was wonderful. She had so much knowledge, even on issues not related to the tour itself. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was a little leery of signing up for a 3.5 hour tour but, when the tour was over, we were all thinking, is it over already? Obviously, the mark of a good tour. Our guide, Gary, was fantastic. In a filming mecca like NYC, it's virtually impossible to hit all the sites but felt the tour route was well selected and planned as it hit most of the "biggies" in the short time we were given. Besides being filming buffs, I wanted the secondary benefit of having my family see some of the streets and neighborhoods of NYC you miss from the subway. Again, that goal was well met. Gary was very organized, funny, and knowledgable as well as keeping us entertained during traffic times. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the Midtown to SOHO area in coach bus comfort with the added bonus of seeing where some famous filming was done.

Very nice tour, I wished I took it at the beginning of my stay instead of the end. One point: include Seinfelds diner in the future (112th st, broadway)

Although we decided to do the tour in the main due to the attraction of Friends we found the whole tour to be a worthwhile adventure.The tour guide in Jessica Verdi,a local actress who was passionate about the city and the shows and films that are based there,added to the experience with her obvious enthusiasm. There was a good mix of being on the bus and being able to get out and stretch your legs and having enough time at locations to take pictures. On a personal note I would have liked to have visited the Brooklyn bridge as it's such an impressive structure and featured in a classic film but it was great to see parts of the city we would not otherwise have seen during our stay.Memories of great film and TV moments are rekindled with the aide of video clips As a group we would thoroughly recommend this activity as it really gave something extra to our vacation.

The tour was fun but on the coldest day this year the heating in the bus didn't work.
