New York TV and Movie Sites

we went on a tour led by brian. we have traveled extensively and gone on many tours. this tour was GREAT! brian is a native new yorker and actor. These qualities showed in the tour. he was very familiar with the city, shared antedotes through out the tour, as well as keeping up with all the sites as we passed them. he was enthusiatic, energenic, intelligent and personable. in my opinion a guide will make or break a tour. if this is the level of personal hired by this company i would take any tour offered by them. we also enjoyed the tour itself. we saw so many sites that looking at the broucheure later i had actually forgotten that i saw some of them. the tour lasted as long as promised and was packed with information. i would like to mention the driver, john. we were in a BIG bus. he manuvered that bus expertly throughout the narrow, often one way, streets of new york city! there was a street festival going on that day and john and brian did not miss a beat. i know we had to avoid the festival, but it was done professionally and quietly. john also parallel parked!!! not once, but twice!!! very impressive!!! i highly recommend this tour!

I have taken the SATC tour with On Location and loved it so much, I decided to switch things up and take this one for my annual trip to NYC. And was very pleased. Our guide, Kymberly, was so fun and really gave good dish on tv and movie info. I have recommended these tours and hope that my friends take my advice and take these tours when they go to NYC. Going through NYC is always fun, but if you are a sucker for tv and movies, like me, On Location tours is well worth the money. You get a chance to put places with movies and it makes it more special,the next time you see them on a screen.

This trip is a great way to see New York and excellent reference to movie and TV sites. Our tour guide Roseanne was lots of fun. Highlights are the stop at the Ghost busters fire station, house from I am legend, friends house and excellent pizza lunch at Pizza shop used in one of the Men in black movies(great value $4 pizza and drink). We took two children aged 11 &14 and they loved the reference to newer movies like I am legend.

Very informative and fun tour. Kimberley the tour guide made the tour fun and exciting with her different games and information about different locations! Her knowledge of the area and the locations was excellent. very much recomended tour.

Overall, I enjoyed the tour, however, I would recommend only going on the tour if you are an extreme movie fan. Also it seemed like there were many references to the same few movies over and over and over and over and over again. I would have liked to have taken more stops and had more shopping opportunities as a souvenier of the tour. I think the Sex and The City tour would have been alot more fun! Sorry! The tour guide was very informed though.

We enjoyed the tour very much. The video on board was also nice.

our second time on the tour......very good guide......our party were very multinational! would have liked a little more on where celebs live but realise the limitations. pizza stop not a winner!

it did what it said on the packet. the tour guide ( unfortunately I forget his name ) was spot on, exactly what was required, he made my day. our guide was an actor who sang ( the singing was not that good, but it amused me, keep it in ).
