The tour guide (Amadeo) seemed like he couldnt care less. Just routinely saying out the information. The tour seemed like caught in earlier times with references to films that might have been popular when these tours started. When relevant movies were mentioned you didnt really have the time anyway to take pictures of the "spots". At the 3-4 stops the bus made where we went out of the bus the tour guide wasted a lot of time taking pictures of the passengers in front of sites. And in ½ an hour of the tour we were just let to ourselves to buy lunch and look in stores, so you should really deduct that half hour from the tour lenght.
Besides, the tour guide talked too much of himself and tried to be funny with bad singing. Moreover, films/series that were mentioned in the presentation of the tour wasnt even mentioned on the tour itself, so we had to google the sites ourselves and go there the day after.
Bottom line, save your money and make some googling yourself.

All in all it was a great tour. Loved seeing all the sights, and hearing tid bits about the shows. Our tour guide had some extra little stories about stars, or things that happened on movies, which made the tour even better.
The Dvd wasn't working properly all the time, but our guide did a great job filling in while she had to reboot several times. I think I would recommend taking this tour at the beginning of the trip, so you can go back to places on your own later. |

Gary was excellent---we loved all the sights and sites. We appreciated him pointing out the "Law and Order:SVU" filming in front of the courthouse. Kara and Maryellen (12) loved it! It was all a real treat. |

This was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. Our tour guide Gary was amazing and knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour and really made it fun for everyone involved. My wife had never been to NYC before so this was a perfect way to see the city in a comfortable environment and relate some of what we were seeing to pop-culture. Well done. |

I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting NYC. My daughter and I went and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide was so energetic and really knew her movies and NYC! Not only did we learn about movies and their location, we also learned so many facts about NYC. It was a great way to learn about NYC and see all the sites. |

Roseanne was our tour guide and she was amazing. It was super informative, she was funny, the length of time was perfect and I'm so happy we decided to do it. It was absolutely one of the best tours I have been on in NYC. There was so much to see and getting off the bus at particilar movie sights was so much fun. I can't say enough about it and how wonderful it was. If it wasn't for the enthusiasm of our tour guide it wouldn't have been the same. It was wonderful and hilarious. Keep up the good work!! |

We (my husband and I) enjoyed the tour and Gary, our host, was informative and fun. We had a problem with our tour bus, the day we went and also with the replacement bus!!, but Gary was extremely patient and made the inconvenience less of a problem. It took bus number 3, before we got a smooth go. Some places of interest (e.g. The Plaza Hotel) we passed too quickly, and there was probably a little too much emphasis on the Ghostbusters movie/s.(although it is hard to please everyone. The "Friends" street/area was a fun highlight. Also being dropped off at the same point we were picked up would be an advantage. |

I would definitely recommend this tour. It allows you to see area's of New York you might not otherwise see and is full of interesting facts and tv and movie sights! It was useful to have the movie clips on screens in the bus to familiarise yourself with the films also. The tour guide was very friendly and enthusiastic. |
