| The tour was a great deal of fun- we learned so many interesting facts about our favorite shows. We loved seeing the actual locations of the Friends apartment and seeing where some of the movie Restaurants are, especially Katzs from When Harry Met Sally and the Soup Nazi kitchen. We can't wait to catch these places on tv, now that we have seen them for ourselves.
Our Tour guide was a jem too, she was very lively and funny- she made the whole trip great for us! We would definitly do this again. |

| Our tour guide was very good. She was pleasant and seemed very knowledgable on TV, movie, and celebrity topics. However, overall, we were not satisfied with the tour. We didn't see several of the things mentioned on the web site, for example the Cosby steps, and we only made one stop (the Friends building). It was hard to see anything that was on the opposite side we were sitting. And the tape player didn't work so we didn't hear any of the TV theme songs the web site mentioned was part of it.
For improvement, I would suggest possibly using the buses that has open seats on top/aren't enclosed by windows (like the Red tour buses that we saw driving around). Also, I wouldn't list specifics on the web site that aren't part of the tour. And finally, I think a few more stops so we could get out and take pictures would be a nice improvement.

| Our tour guide was very knowledgable and injected humor into the tour to keep things interesting. I enjoyed seeing the sights around New York. I would recommend this to anyone tired of the same old tourist activities, or really to anyone in general. |

| We loved it! I'm a huge friends tv show fan and my group and I loved the fact that we got out and took pictures in front of the apartment building. Everything was so interesting and the tour guide was fun and informative. I would highly recommend it to others. |

| the tour was way too long...i realize that traffic has a lot to do with the length of the tour, however we were not even close to making the time I was told we would be back by. my wife and i had no choice but to depart the bus on 17th ave. two hours and forty-five minutes into the tour.
also, litlle to no information on seinfeld(where monks dinner or the soup nazi is)
although the tour guide did an above adequate job, i would not reccomend this tour.......jason stewart |

| The tour was fun and interesting. It was too long, though and got caught in traffic too often. A shorter route with more information would be better, I would recommend the tour but would tell the person to bring a book with them for the slow parts. |

| For my opinion, it's pretty much waste of time and I'll recommend all my friends to avoid it...
Only in the tour it has come to my knowledge that we actually see the OUTSIDE of the sets, because most of the series are filmed outside. The series that do film in NY could be more attractive - for instance - Tom's Diner of seinfeld was not on the list of the sites, and we had to go there by ourselves!
we paid 30$ to see the wall of 'Friends' and the stairs of 'The Cosby Show'.
