Good tour - well run

| This is a good tour which shows you all around New York as well as the scenes from movies, they are also backed up by clips which show you what you have just seen as well as bloppers etc. The 3 and a half hours flies by. |

| The tour guide was friendly and humorous, and the bus was very comfortable. She didn't do a great job of keeping everyone in the group, but that was fairly minor issue.
She did show us some interesting areas, and familar sights that we were used to seeing on television.
Would like to have seen more focus on Law and Order scenes and sights.
As a lot of the shows she talked about where filmed in Los Angeles, there were some derogatorry comments made about Los Angeles. Since I am from Los Angeles, and just a few minutes from the studios, that was a bit much! |

| My friend and I enjoyed the tour very much. I was hoping to stop at more places than we did but glad to be able to have photo ops at the places we did stop. The tour guide was great, a little quick with her descriptions and a little hard to follow at times. Might need to update the tour a little. Some of the places she mentioned are from much older movies and I noticed a lot of us were in the 20-30 range. All in all, it was good and very glad I did it. |

| Although there was lots of sites to see, and different locations visited, I didn't find it as stimulating as I thought I would as I hadn't heard of many of the movies and tv shows that were specific to the places we visited.
I did have a very enthusiastic tour guide who obviously knew his stuff though!
If you know your tv shows and movies you'd really enjoy it. |

| Gary was our tour guide. He was excellent. We saw a lot of NYC- he explained the different spots for movies/TV filming plus a lot of other spots. The short clicks were very good. Everything went smoothly- the stops were good- I would highly recommend this tour to my friends. When I talked with the agent the week before we came, he was excellent in trying to help me with my decision of activities to do in NYC in a four day stay. He was very helpful and I could understand him completely. Thank you for such a super tour. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I think the name of the person I talked to over the phone was Kevin- he was very good. |

| Our guide was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Only one suggestion for improvement. Due to traffic, we sometimes had to watch a clip after seeing the location. We would have preferred to see all of them before. Other than that, it was perfect. |

| I really enjoyed this tour. It was quite long and worth every penny. Our tour director, Kimberley was terrific and the driver was great.
I loved the locations we visited and having the DVD as well really helped.
I would definitely recommend this tour if you watch any TV or movies. |

| Particular complements to our guide, who smoothly interchanged video clips, commentaries and walks to fit in with traffic conditions and numerous filming locations which were underway on the day. |

| I must say this tour was alot of fun. Kimberly was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping take pictures at all stops. The tour started right on time and though we were concerned with the Pope being in town on the same day, everything went smoothly. We went all over the city and saw alot of interesting sites. For us, it was great becuase we had been crisscrossing the city as it was, but we were using the subway. While the subway is great, you don't actully see anything since its traveling below ground. So an above ground tour on a comfortable bus (w/ bathroom) was perfect as it allowed us to see alot of the city that we wouldn't otherwise. (one thing about the bus: while the interior was clean and comfortable, the outside of the windows were a bit dirty and streaked so when ever you snapped a pic of some famous site, you would inevitably also get that dirty stain in the pic as well.)
The tour itself was great. We went to a TON of different locations. I think it might have been a little better if we had been able to get out of the bus and see a few more sites up close, but considering the tour was 3.5 hours, I guess thats not feasible. Also, the time just flew by and did not feel like a long tour at all.
We did get out at the Cosby step which as great as a Cosby fan. We also got out and saw the Friends house which was also very cool. The rice pudding was excellent at the Hitch stop. ( i was very skeptical about it as it didnt sound very appealing but it was actually very good!)
All and all, I would highly recommend the tour. I did NOT do the NBC studio tour since I had heard so many bad things about it so I can't comment on it. But trust me, go on this one! |
