New York TV and Movie Sites

Hi, i thought this was a friends tour - which was stated when we purchased the tickets. However it was a movie sites tour.

We liked the mix of sites. With some seen from the bus and some on foot. Our guide did well to keep us entertained for so long with info and quizzes. It was also nice that he took photos for individual or group shots at locations seen on foot. My teenager was thrilled to get her photo taken at the Friends' building (her friends are mega jealous) and I was thrilled to get my photo taken at the Ghostbusters Fire Station. Maybe you'll need to pack your own Ghostbuster suit for the full effect. Nice to have a toilet on board and be able to stop for a lunch break. Three wee suggestions for improvement. It would be better if film clips shown on the bus were shown of locations before you got to them rather than afterwards. I don't think that the bar you are dropped off in front of is very suitable for children. Maybe not the best. Lastly, for non US citizens the online booking form demands a US telephone number which I couldn't give. The online booking company may want to enable non US mobiles to be recognised.

We, me and my 16 year old daughter had a great time. Our tour guide, Roseanne, was very informative and entertaining. Sites were very familiar and explained very well. Love the TV monitors on the bus to jog your memory or introduce movie or TV scenes that you may not remember. I have already recommended this tour to family and friends for their visits to NYC.

This tour was a fun way to see many locations in New York that one would not be able to by foot. It would take an entire day to scout out all the places featured on this tour if you were to try to do this yourself. Our tour guide was great, and the fact that we actually got to get off the bus and stand in the places film crews were standing not too long ago was a real treat. Would have liked to make a stop at the Moondance Diner, but it was still neat to see it. This tour is especially entertaining to 'Seinfeld' and 'Friends' fans. Three hours well spent in New York City!

My husband and I are New yorkers. I am from Brooklyn and he lived in the city for some years. We come into the city for long weekends away from the kids now. We are very familiar with the city and still really enjoyed this tour. It is a great way to ride around the city. I learned some things. Out tour guide was very professional and knlowledgable. I am not a movie buff so I could care less where a movie was filmed but my husband is a huge movie lover and really enjoyed the clips!!!! The bus was very comfortable. The B &W cookies are a great way to get out of towners to taste a classic.

What a fun activity for one or a family. Watching the clips of video really helped in remembering the different locations whether you had seen the show or not.

What make the tour for us was the 100% enthusiasm of Brian the tour guide. His knowlege of the tour and the research he had done into it really showed and there was not a dullo point on the tour at all. Many thanks to Brian & Joseph the driver,

I thought the tour was excellent. Has something for everyone. Great tour guy (Gary). I would highly recommend.

It was a good tour but the guide went too fast for me. the movie clips were off. i went on the Sex in the City tour and the clips were right after what we saw so you could relate the two. The clips were shown after we had moved onto the next area.

This was a very good tour. The guide had extensive knowledge about all of the places we had seen, as well as answers to general New York questions. The places we went to were interesting, and we got off of the bus at three different locations. There were treats at the end of the tour, as well as trivia questions. If you are looking for something to do in New York, this would be something to definitely check out.
