New York TV and Movie Sites

The tour guide was very informative on extra questions, not just information about the tour. Getting off the bus was nice to see the sights up close. Worth while tour-definately do it!!!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this tour, it is a great way to get an overview of the city and its many neighborhoods. I was taking notes of places I will visit on my own!

It was ok, probably wouldnt reccommend it to my friends as it wasnt as fun as other tours i have been on. The tour guide was a little crazy and she talked really fast ans did things reallly fast. Not a bad tour but kinda boring.

I went with a friend from college and my mom and grandmother... we all enjoyed this activity. My friend and I have been to NYC a few times but this was a great way to see different parts of Manhattan that we hadn't seen before... also a good way to find out what movies are filming. We went to a set later on that week on our own and met Patrick Dempsey. That was total luck but fun. I recommend this to all, you not only get to see the site, but you learn about different history of movies.

Roseanne did a fabulous job showing us the city sights! She was quite enthusiastic and entertaining and had alot of fun energy - we all had a great time!

We went on our tour on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 for 11:00 am. It was amazing. Our tour guide Brian was EXCELLENT with quite a sense of humor. He was very knowledable of the sights. The tour is very much 3 hours or more depends on the traffic so be prepared not to have any other activities close to the time of the tour. I would definetely take this tour over and over again. Thanks for the caption of New York City at it's best!!!!!!!! The Washington Family

This is a good tour of places familiar to movie and tv fans, but all sites are south of Central Park. Another hour that takes you to the upper west side or thru the park might be helpful. It tends to concentrate on movies and tv shows from the last 25 years, yetI was equally interested in seeing sites from movies from the 40s and 50s as well. But still, for fans this is good little tour. I enjoyed seeing the city this way.

We recently took the Manhattan TV and Movie tour and had a great time. Our guide, Jessica was really enthusiastic and had an amazing knowledge of Manhattan movie sites, the process of filming, as well as the city of NY in general. She gives great tips on how to catch a film being made while in Manhattan, as well as how to get tickets for filmings of tv shows in the city, etc. We went to see over 50 sites, and stopped to get off the bus 5 times (I think) One of the stops is the Friends apartment building, which is reason enough in itself to take the tour in my opinion. Obviously, it is unlikely you will have seen all of the films/ tv shows mentioned but short clips of each location being used in the film/ tv show are shown on the bus before arriving at the location, which is a really nice idea. Time on the bus between sites was spent answering trivia questions for lolly pops, and singing theme songs, etc. The tour in general is great fun and you don't even have to be a film buff to enjoy it.

Really enjoyed the tour. Jessica fantastic tour guide.....really made the whole thing entertaining. Saw lots of different locations and enjoyed video clips. Good value for money. Would definately recommend to any film enthusiast
