New York TV and Movie Sites

Enjoyed this tour thoroughly. The tour guide was funny, informative and very animated. Being a Long Islander, there were sites in the city that I have never seen before. Almost felt like a tourist myself! I took my 13 year old niece from North Carolina and she had the best time. I would recommend this tour to people of all ages.

The tour guide was very good and provided a lot of information. She was very thorough. The sites were very well chosen. I liked that we were able to get off the bus and tour some of the locations. I had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. It is well worth the money.

The TV and Movie Location Tour was a lot of fun and informative. It was surprising to find out that I'd actually passed by or even stood in front of, many of the locations we visited, without knowing that they were locations for films and TV shows!!! Our guide was extremely knowledgable about the locations and even added a few "personal" pieces of information that were fascinating! I'd never taken a tour, thinking that I didn't want to do the "touristy" thing, but it was really worth taking! The tourists know more than the locals, because they actualy take these tours. Just because the locals are around these locations all the time, doen't mean we know anything about them! I went with some friends from out-of-town, thinking I was doing this just for them, but I think I enjoyed as much or even more than they did!!

All of my group, two young women and myself enjoyed the tour. I was slightly disappointed by the lack of Law & Order sights visited as those were specifically mentioned in your ad and I am a big fan. I also would have liked to see a few sites in upper Manhattan...as in the apartments used in Woody Allen's films etc. The two young women enjoyed it also , but sites like the Cosby show were really not a part of their TV viewing. The biggest concern, was the lack of a working microphone...which our guide did a great job of working around. Loved that we could get on and off the bus and recognize that the above reflects personal preferences that cannot always be accommodated. Also liked seeing the scene on video - a Great idea! Thanks I have already recommended it to friends!

Our tour guide was great, very entertaining and informative. He made everyone feel comfortable and kept it interesting. I would recommend this tour to anyone that likes to read "People Magazine" or other celebrity magazines.

This was one of NY's HOT Days and it was too hot, bus never cooled off, and AC was left off at stops. Guide was hokey, didnt really learn anything new. Black and White Cookies, stale, everyone took one bite then threw away. ALL Stops didnt seem necessary. At the last stop we left the tour and caught a taxi home. Our view was it was far better to pay for a Taxi, than stay on a boring and hot tour. I was very disappointed in this tour, since I had taken another of Zerve's tours and enjoyed it and recommended it to friends. Wont waste my time with this one with any visitors. I've Taken the Sex and the City TOur and it is outstanding.

It was very exciting to see places that were on TV. Our tour guide was awsome. She had a wonderful personality and kept things going. I would recommend this tour to anyone who likes to watch TV. The only thing I would like to have seen was places from some of the older shows. Like I love Lucy ect..if you were not up to date on current shows you would be lost.

I enjoyed the Manhattan TV and Movie Tour with a few exceptions. The tour guide was great and she did an excellent job. Her name escapes me but she was very informative. She brought us "Black and White" cookies from Seinfeld which was an excellent touch. The tour needs a few improvments. First of all, at all stops not everyone would get off the bus. Some would just stay on the bus because of the heat. The bus driver would turn the bus off and with it the Air Conditioner. The heat index was over 100F. When we asked the bus driver why he said something about the price of gas. What?????? This is unacceptable. Leave the bus along with the A/C running at all times. Another weak point of the tour were some of the stops. We stopped at a police station for a tour. The station was in a early, vaque movie that no-one had seen. The stop was really pointless. Most people are not there to see the inside of a police station. Why not stop at "The Plaza" hotel or in Central Park. Overall the tour was good but it needs some changes. Keep the A/C on and have a few better stops!!!!! Thanks.

Hi! We enjoyed the tour. We thought the bus could of pumped out more AC though. My husband was dripping in sweat sitting in the aisle seat of our bus. It was just a gray liner so the center or aisle seats are just one away from the AC vents. I was by the window and was still hot. Not enough air flow. We enjoyed all of the tour guides jokes and information with clips. Wow what a lot of buildings we saw. One other suggestion is that the clips be put on a DVD. Our guide tried her best, but the VCR seemed to be troublesome. As to the time to get photos, very quick and limited. We saw a lot again and we did get to get off of the bus 4 times, but some of the flicks and movie scenes were there and gone in less than a blink of an eye. Maybe a walking tour through some of the more packed areas would be better. Maybe extending the tour to four hours would work. We did enjoy the tour and it was jam packed full of fun, exciting information. Our tour guide was awesome! She did a fantastic job and I do recommend this tour with RoseAnne. Some day I do think she will be famous!
