I've been on the sex and the city tour, and i would have to say that one is better than this one. It would have been a lot better if we were able to view the movie clips before arriving to the movie site. It was nice to see the different areas of the city though!! I come to NYC around 2 times a year most of my travel is on the subway so I miss a lot. It would have been great to get off of the bus around the Law and order stairs by the court house. I would have also been great to take a picture by the old subway entrance. The fizz ran out when we got to the fire house/ghost busters site. Maybe if we would have seen the clip before hand it would have been more exciting. |

I went on this combination bus and NBC studio tour last year with my, then 20 yr. old, daughter. We really enjoyed the bus portion, however, on NBC studio tour, we didn't get to see much of anything. When advertised, they make you feel that you will see many NBC sets, i.e SNL or Jimmy Fallon set, etc....we only saw a short clip of how SNL members get their make-up on and off so quick and we saw MSNBC news room. It was a waste of money and we were disapointed.
This year, my other daughter (23) and I decided just to go on the bus portion of the tour only and we really liked our guide, Gary. He was very personable and made the tour fun! One thing I would recommend that would be fun is to know areas in the city where filming is being taken place so tourists can check them out. I would highly recommend the bus tour! |

Our tour guide was Gary. He was very enthusiastic, sarcastic (which I speak fluently), and well informed. The tour covered everything that was in the description and then some. I posted my pics online, and my cousins (who live in NYC) said they learned a bunch of things they didn't know just from what I shared about my tour. Fantastic job! |

As a family of 4, with 2 teenage children who are both movie lovers, we found this to be a great tour. Some of the city's movie and TV location highlights were shown to us by a humourous and enthusiastic tour guide. Other city landmarks were also pointed out, so this tour is also a good introduction to the city. |

When you want to see something else than normal sights and sightseeing, this is worth of it.
The guide is funny and will get all on the good mood. The clips from the movies showed on the bus, freshed your memory and after that when you saw the real spot of that clip, it feeled really unreal.
We enjoyed the tour! |
