New York TV and Movie Sites

If you had never been on a tour of movie/tv locations and were a big fan, this would be a good tour. We especially enjoyed stopping at the "Friends" corner and the "Cosby" house. At times, however, due to the traffic, it was difficult to see buildings being pointed out. Our tour guide was bubbly and entertaining and did an excellent job pointing out locations and it is obvious she really loves her pop culture! We also found it to be a good overview of the city, a regular city tour; our guide explained the various neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable. The clips from the shows were good...I only wish they had been a bit longer. We found the tour interesting and even went back to have dinner at the diner from "Men in Black II".

Good overall tour to see a cross section of the City--the kids enjoyed it. The stops were not that interesting--I would have rather seen more sights.

The tour guide was excellant and was very knowledgeable about her subject. I have recommended it to my friends in England to go on it next time they are in New York.

The students (age 16) loved it and I enjoyed it very much also. We are from Kansas and love the things that link us to NYC. Seeing the sights that we frequently view on TV and in Movies was really fun. I was tour director for a group of 48 people. We make this trip every two years and I will consider this as a large group activity on our next trip.

I would recommend it to anyone who has ever seen, or plans to see, a movie or a TV sit com.

The tour guide was excellent - Of course I don't remember her name, but she was young and very excited about what she was talking about - She knew what she was talking about! Enjoyed the tour very, very much!

I've been on the tour four times and I am never disappointed. It seems to evolve over time. Our tour guide was excellent on this trip. I learned a lot that I either missed or wasn't mentioned on previous trips. It was my son's first time on the tour and he enjoyed it as well.

We had lots of fun seeing the filming locations. It is a great way to see many areas of Manhattan at the same time. Our guide was informative and congenial. We are glad that we took the tour and would recommend it to anyone interested in tv and movies.

I definately recommend this tour if you like seeing location shoots for movies and television. Our tour guide was very sweet, and very knowledgable about the tour. We saw the outside shot of the Friends apartment, the bookstore location from You've Got Mail, and the Cosby exterior shot, plus lots of others. I really enjoyed this tour and I don't regret doing it whatsoever.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was great. We even stumbled on to a movie being filmed starring Robert Duval. It was one of the highlights of our time in NYC.
