| The tour was nice, and definitely something different to do. Our guide wasn't as over-the-top peppy as I would have liked. And the locations need to be updated. Their most recent addition is scenes from "Hitch" which wasn't the blockbuster they seem to think it was.
Overall it was a nice way to spend an afternoon, which is why I would recommend it, but not enthusiastically. |

| We love this tour! It was our second time, but it was my daughter's first time in NYC and she really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to everyone, TV and movie buffs especially. |

| As a native New Yorker, coming into the City on Christmas Eve and seeing the famous landmarks has brought a new appreciation of where I live. I love New York!! |

| Our tour guide was full of energy and had a great personality. The tour was a perfect way to tour the city on a rainy day. There are a couple fun photo opportunities along the way when. I would recommend this to friends. |

| Excellent way to see a ton of locations in a few hours... if you're a fan of Friends a must! Great way to see NYC too and learn about the city... great guide, very interesting and entertaining!

| The tour guide was very good and provided a lot of information. She was very thorough. The sites were very well chosen. I liked that we were able to get off the bus and tour some of the locations. I had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. It is well worth the money. |

| It was great to take the tour early in our visit because it gave us a good overview of Manhattan and let us really see the city. But three hours felt very long, and we were happy to get off the bus when the tour was done. In fact, we had booked the Sex and the City Tour for later in our stay and we didn't go because we didn't want to get on a bus for that length of time again. I would have liked to have stopped at more interesting places as well.
The bus was very comfortable, driver and tour guide pleasant and informative. |

| This was a good tour. Our tourguide, Missy, I beleive her name was, was absolutely adorable and very informative. Overall, I really enjoyed the tour. I would like to go back and do the Sex in the City tour. I bet that one would be alot of fun too. |

| The tour started over thirty minutes late due to overbooking. Once it got underway it was discovered that the guide's microphone wasn't working properly. This was extremely annoying because she would start to say something and would be cut off so we couldn't hear the end of the comment. This went on for quite some time until we got to the Plaza Hotel where she finally received a working microphone.
Our guide, Roseanne, was wonderful and very entertaining with her facts and figures, etc. so all in all the tour was very enjoyable. The tour is good but the key to how much passengers enjoy it is the guide and in Roseanne we definitely had an excellent one.
Aside from the technical glitch with the mic, the worst part of the whole tour was the bathroom on the bus. It obviously had not been cleaned for who knows how long and it was disgusting. The minute one of the passengers opened the door to go into it, the smell permeated the whole bus and was extremely offensive. Unfortunately for those of us in the back half of the bus, this kept happening throughout the tour and every passenger that used the bathroom came out complaining about how filthy it was. It definitely distracted from the tour and there is no excuse for such unacceptable conditions. I would hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone based solely on the unhygenic and unpleasant condition of the bathroom on the bus. I would hope that in future you will strive to ensure that the facilities are completely sanitized at the start of every tour. |
