| The tour, while interesting and enjoyable, did not accurately follow the description given by the website. The tour did not visit the restaurants from When Harry Met Sally, or from Spiderman 2. It also didn't visit the bookstore from You've Got Mail. Placing these stops in the tour description gave the impression lunch would be available for purchase during the tour. However, the only food we were given was a cookie and rice pudding. For a tour taking place during the lunch hour, this was unacceptable.
And, my reservation got botched, as I had previously phoned it in asking for the bus to be handicapped accessible. When we checked in with our guide, there was no record of this and it was very hard to get my aunt (who has MS) and my mom (who was recovering from a broken ankle) get in and out of the bus.
In the future, this tour should include a place to buy real lunch items, such as sandwiches and salads and should be more accessible to those with disabilities.
Otherwise, the tour was interesting and informative. |

We had a great time and it was a great way to see New york on the first day.
My kids would have liked more wow factor they loved the Friends buidling and some of the places were very recognisable but otheres were not. The guide was fanatastic and very funny and he was a good tour guide.

| Although born and raised in New York my sister and I just wanted to get out of the house but too hot to walk around so we took this tour. We went down streets that I never would have gone down simply because it didn't look interesting, was I wrong. I love rice pudding and one of the stops Rice to Riches was simply deeelicious!!! | This was interesting movie and tv tour, but also a good city tour. It was our first day in New York so we both enjoyed the interesting movie sites and the guide through the streets of manhattan. Our guide was very professional and funny. It can't be easy to keep a good flow with all the traffic and unexpected events, but our guide made a really good job and entertained us the whole trip. |

| We enjoyed this trip with tourleader Gary. It was awesome, but the tour took us 4 hours; a little bit long but this was due to traffic problems. The tour is also recommended for people outside the USA; although some tv programs mentioned will not be familiar to them. |

| My wife and I were visiting New York from Scotland for the first time - and had pre-booked this tour. It proved to be one of the main highlights of our trip - we were transported in a luxury, single decked bus - sheltered from the outside weather - and given a city tour of sights which we would never have seen otherwise.
Our guide, Gary Mamoud, was superb - knowledgeable, friendly, extremely polite and patient - and he made the tour the excellent experience that it proved to be. His knowledge of movies and Tv was impressive and extremely detailed. Gary also had to deal with some very challenging children on the tour and did so with great charm, patience and humour - I was very impressed.
The tour lasted for around three and a half hours and included three short walking trips. We saw the Friends building, the Huxtables house, and locations from Serpico / North by Northwest / Spiderman / Wait Until Dark / Manhattan/ Ghostbusters/ Hitch/ Breakfast at Tiffanys / Big Daddy / Seinfeld/ Eyes Wide Shut etc etc.
I would recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in movies.
We were given free black and white biscuits - after a detailed explanation of the Seinfeld scene with the speech re these biscuits! All new to me, but a really enjoyable experience!
My only pointer for improvement is to have more focus on older, classic movies - but that may be a reflection of my age ( 50's). |

| This was an absolutely great tour. Tour guide (Kim) very knowledgable and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Not a wasted minute! Either looking at a location or watching the matching clip. VERY WELL ORGANIZED. Learned a lot! Had a great time! |

| A awesome tour with Gary as our Guide. If you are a fan of movies I highly recommend this tour. Gary was a fantastic guide who had loads of great movie info to share. I would book ahead online or by calling Zerve. The guys selling tours at Times Square are next to useless. We saw sites from Friends, Superman, Ghostbusters, Big, The Cosby Show, Crocodile Dundee, Kate ad Leopold, Enchanted, Spiderman, Men in Black, I am Legend and loads more. Make sure you go to FAO Scwharz for a shot on the piano if you like the movie Big. Just kick the kids out the way!!! |
