Great tour. Wish it could have been longer and could have gotten off at a couple of places during the tour.

1) Our guide was excellent and we had the bonus of her (as she comically put it) "star stalker" info....so we were shown all sorts of places in addition to TV/Movie Locations -- on the down side, and coming from one who has been a travel agent/tour guide for 25 years, she could use a bit more experience as a "people guide". Namely, the bus was late and she gave her permission for everyone to scatter. She mentioned using the rest rooms, "having a coffee", etc. YOU NEVER GIVE PEOPLE THAT KIND OF LEEWAY. She lost control of the group and when the 10 minutes were up we all sat on that bus waiting for ONE MAN who had decided to go 'have a drink' with a blantant disregard for the other participants. His wife/son then went off looking for him. We sat. When they came back, she looked humiliated..he looked arrogant and there was no apology. RESOLUTION: when the 'rest' time is up, and there are missing participants, you give the remaining members a choice to stay or go--you then let them off and leave. I have had to do this myself in many locations around the world. We all had to suffer almost 30 minutes late in part from this. Make clear when you disburse a crowd: 10 minutes, 15 (etc.) and then we ARE LEAVING...so please be back on time. They won't do it again. 2) I purchased this tour online. The tour said there would be a stop at the GHOSTBUSTERS Firehouse. There were no notations that on a certain day groups were NOT WELCOME at this particular location. This was a big selling point for me (as well as the stop at the shop from YOU'VE GOT MAIL, which thankfully we got to do) because I had done the original SCENE ON TV Tour and saw quite a bit of the same thing, so new locations were a plus for me. We should have had 4 stops - we had 3. I asked the guide about the firehouse stop and was blithely told "oh, on Fridays the firemen take roll call, etc., and kind of make it clear we shouldn't go by". THIS SHOULD FIRMLY BE NOTED by an asterisk [*Not operating on Fridays]. Because we were on a late start I somehow felt cheated. We could have at least been shown the firehouse. We were shown any number of apartment buildings (until it became a blur) so this would have been a welcome change. I am assuming this was in lieu of the NYPD BLUE stop the original tour used to make. 3) From the furthest southern point all the way back to Ellen's Stardust Diner there was no more sightseeing. We played a silly game of 'trivia'. My friend and I paid for a TOUR, not a game show. I feel that there should have been more location information on that long trek back instead of a game and lollipop prizes. I certainly remember a a great deal of different locations from the original tour that could have been added or referred to. 4) The guide was fun, enthusiastic, loved her arts. I enjoyed the "film gossip" because I have always enjoyed the 'lives of the stars'. However, she needs to expand her knowledge of entertainment for ALL AGES. She geared to those movies/shows that were 90% contemporary -- was obviously a SEINFELD and FRIENDS ultra-fan. New York has been the location site for many, many classic movies and TV shows and they aren't all from the 80's and 90's. I believe the older people on the bus might have appreciated a more extensive knowledge of older sites, say on AN AFFAIR TO REMEMBER (the original), just to use an example. We are not all fans of FRIENDS and SEINFELD and I didn't appreciate a good part of the tour and the trivia game centering mostly around these 2 shows. Not enough variety. 5) A welcome addition to the tour were the film clips that were shown throughout. It's always fun to see a site and then how the actors used that site. Keep up this good work. I would definitely do the tour again but I trust that everyone's comments would make it that much better. D. Connor

I thought the tour was good. However, I would have liked to have been able to get off a bit more. Our tour guide Erica was wonderful - very energetic and informed. I thought the tour was a nice way to see New York in a way that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I would reccomend this tour to others.

It was a great tour, but not one I would recommend after having been on a long bus journey to NYC on the same day. Also, the TV monitors on our bus were not working properly, so it took out a bit of the impact of the tour. The tour guide was very informative and energetic!

There was nothing wrong with the tour per say, but I was looking forward to going on the Sopranos tour, but that only runs at the weekends. Put one on mid week and make loads of money.

I recommend that you show some clips on Nazy soup because you talk so long about that. Also we should visit the upper east side. I recommned the activity for people who are TV and movie fans!
