On Location Tours, Inc. is New York's only TV and movie location tour company. Founded in 1999, the company has accompanied tens of thousands of people past the doorsteps of their favorite television and movie characters, either on foot or cruising by in an enclosed coach bus.

New York Water Taxi has been connecting neighborhoods and cultural attractions on New York's waterfront with environmentally friendly vessels since 2002.

Now the two are partnering to bring you the first ever TV and movie sites tour from the water!

On Location Tours has been featured in thousands of media outlets around the world, including TV Guide, Newsweek, Businessweek, Entertainment Weekly, The Today Show, HBO, and the Travel Channel's TV Road Trip.

Activity Description
All aboard for New York City’s first ever TV & Movie tour on the water!

Brought to you by On Location Tours and the New York Water Taxi, the New York TV and Movie Tour on the Water begins with a seventy-five-minute cruise down Hollywood on the Hudson (and the East River). Then, you get off the boat and get up close and personal with the TV and movie sites of Lower Manhattan as you continue your tour on foot.

Led by actors and actresses who will share the behind-the-scenes scoop and inside industry information, you will:

  • Catch glimpses of locations from The French Connection, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, Working Girl and more as you cruise through majestic New York Harbor.
  • Sail past Ellis Island to see where The Godfather Part II and X Men were filmed.
  • Float under the Brooklyn Bridge to visit sites from Hudson Hawk, CSI: NY, and Law and Order SVU.
  • Stroll through Battery Park to see locations from Working Girl, Inside Man, and The Royal Tenenbaums.
Then, after the boat ride, take a walk through the heart of the financial district to visit sites from Wall Street, National Treasure, and Ghostbusters II!

What Is Not Included?
Food and drinks are not included, but you are welcome to bring your own.
