We really enjoyed it, although some of the places we visited were fairly random, e.g. Satriale's Pork Store is owned by the production company and the signs only go up when filming, so we basically visited an empty store. It would also be improved if clips from the show could be shown on the bus so the places visited could be put in context.

It was good fun, though kitsch. I really enjoyed it. The tour guide was very entertaining and certainly put a lot of effort into making sure we had a good time. I think it helps if you are a fan of the programme because you understand more of the references and jokes, but one of our party isn't a regular viewer and she enjoyed the tour too. It's also a good way of seeing New York, particularly Greenwich and West Villages and the Meatpacking District. I'd definitely recommend it for a light-hearted fun way of seeing New York.

This was a great activity and we would have done it again had we had the time. We enjoyed the tour stops and the driver and Trisha(our host) were great fun as well. It was interesting that the event was being filmed for CNN and we would have liked the opportunity to find a way to get a copy of the recording of that day. If this is possible I would be interested in purchasing a copy as a memento of our wonderful day out. It would also be good to offer a night time tour of several of the bars or clubs that the 'girls' went to in the series and have a night out 'a la Sex and the City'. What was also great it was a great way to see the city and be given the addresses so that we could revisit if we wanted to, but have an idea of where we were going and what to look out for. Lots of information and locations, some passing too fast to see properly. Excerpts shown on the TV's should be synchronized with the location, not some time later. Enthusiastic guide. Excellent cup cakes! The stops were a bit rushed and I would like more of them. For serious Sex and The City fans only!!

It was a good overview to SATC in New York. We went just before the last ever episode of SATC and so were filmed the whole time which we had not been told beforehand and which left us out in the cold when we were waiting for them to finsih interviewing. This detracted from the tour. We could have done with more enthusiasm from the guide first-up as the whole group was lacking in spirit for quite a while. I love SATC so I overall loved the tour but definitely felt it could have been better

Not excellent like it says up top. If it were not for the fact that it was my wife's birthday, I'd have never been dragged into a bus for a three (plus) hour tour- all inside NYC. There were no sights to see per se that offered any reward entertainmentwise, but the hostess, while quirky, was great. She gave it her all and did indeed provide some interesting, if not socially redeeming facts about various districts in NYC and who lives where and why tribeca is called tribeca (because it is the TRIangle BElow CAnal Street). Hey, I never knew. I gave her a ten dollar tip for being cheery and having great projection with her voice. She forgot to roll the video that tied to her speaking point sometimes, but the girl really made the tour. I stayed on the bus for most of the stops...what's to see? All in all, it's something to do and it is easy to sit in a bus and listen BUT NOT FOR THREE PLUS HOURS. Come on, 2 hours max. 1.5 hrs would be perfect. Give the girl a tip and remember, you can always go awol at a number of stops if you are miserable. Try it. When your on your death bed, you can grunt to your loved ones that " we did that tour remember".

We saw the neighborhoods, but neither of us were interested in the comments on celebreties, etc. If you are a movie/TV buff the tour would have been more interesting. Our Guide was great for what she was supposed to do

Excellent and entertaining way to see some fabulous bits of Manhatten and learn about the world of film and TV. A great family treat with something for everyone. Highly recommended as an alternative to the normal sightseeing tours.

The idea behind the tour was a good one and the stop off points throughout were chosen carefully. However unfortunately it was not as good as what we had hoped (and expected after being very satisfied with the Manhattan TV and Movie Tour, conducted by the same company). The guide was quite disorganised and initially left the video, showing different scenes from the show that were relevant to particular places we would pass, running so we weren't sure whether to listen to her and look out the window or to watch the screen in front of us. Eventually she realised it was still playing and stopped it but there were then problems with getting it going at all again. Finally the bus driver managed to resurrect the problem and the tape was started at the very beginning again. This was irritating as in addition to watching the same footage again. when we finally saw the scenes for places we were passing, we had already passed them over half an hour ago so they were no longer relevant. We also felt that the guide spoke a little too much about herself rather than using the time more wisely to catch up on the clips we had missed. This led to us not seeing all of the clips for the places we passed before we finished the tour. I realise that this would be a somewhat challenging thing to do but given that our guide on the Manhattan Tv and Movie Tour had managed, we thought the same would have happened on this tour. Overall, I think the idea of the tour with the clips and the stop off points is a good one but the guides should perhaps become more experienced with the equipment they are using and time management for the tour in order for people to get the most out of it.
