On Location Tours

My mom and I went on the tour last week and I can't recommend it enough. Our tour guide, Amy, was hilarious. A lot funnier than anything I expected and definitely the best tour guide I've ever had. The tour itself is awesome for both die-hard fans and those new to the show. It hits some basic spots for those who have only seen a few episodes, and gets into some more specific spots that even I had forgotten about, and I've seen every episode. They play clips of the show on the bus so you're reminded of when the location was used, and you get a cupcake on the tour...who doesn't love cupcakes?? Overall a really great experience, I would recommend it to everyone. On a side note, there were some guys on the tour who obviously got dragged by their girlfriends. Please, please, don't do this to the guy you love. Come on.

The movie and tv tour was wonderful. We saw many interesting things and our guide, Bianca, was great! However, NBC Studios was very disappointing. We didn't get to see much and it was not worth the money.

Had a great time on this tour. As well as seeing lots of sex in the city highlights it was also a good way to see around areas such as the meat packing district. It wasn't too rushed and we had plenty of time to get of at various stops to take some pictures. Clips are shown on the bus also, which show you the places you are about to visit or have just visited.

As a longtime fan of SATC, I made sure to book this tour for me & my 15yr old daughter on our recent trip to NYC. I wasn't as concerned with seeing the Statue of Liberty, as I was with seeing where Carrie was mugged and Miranda fell on her face at the park. 3+ hours of getting to see NYC from inside an air conditioned bus, and having a spirited tour guide (Stacey) point out so many spots that were recognizable from the series and films was one of the best parts of my NYC trip.

Our tour guide Lou was amazing..... very factul and a good laugh always on hand to take our pictures ... tour had so many hot spots from the show and movies a must have.... even if you are not into sex and the city its a good way to see the city!

i went on the sex and the city tour with my mom and we had a blast!!!! i am a die hard sex and the city fan so i know EVERYTHING about the show but my mom has watched only a few episodes....but what is awsome about the tour is they show you clips on the bus so when you are passing one of the spots you can match it with clip in the show. our tour guide lou was great she was so much much fun!!! i would totally recommend this tour to anyone that loves to have a great time, loves nyc and LOVES sex and the city!!!!!!

Lou our tour guide was awesome, she was funny and enthusiastic, definitely give her 5 stars. I felt the tour needed something more, it felt like they were rushing through some of the more popular sites, maybe it needs more time so you can see more things, like the areas the girls lived in. Other than that it was a fun tour and I would recommend it to my friends for sure.

We enjoyed the activity very much and it was very interesting

This was my third time on the Sex and the City tour. This time I came with my mom, sister and cousin. I was a little disappointed this time because there was a parade going on down 5th Avenue so some of the spots they took us past last time you were not able to see this time. Also we use to be able to go to the steps of Carrie's apartment and take pictures but they no longer take you there because the owner of the building was complaining about all the traffic. Overll the tour guide that we had was very good. I would highly recommend you go on the tour at least once if you are a very big Sex and the City fan!

Excellent tour of New York from a different perspective, great locations, commentry .... the cupcakes and cocktails were just icing on the cake!

The TV & Movie Tour was enjoyable but being from the Metropolitan area, I found it kind of lackluster mostly because I already knew most of these sites. But I got the tour for my boyfriend for Christmas so it wasn't just for me. I think if you're an out of towner, you'd really love this tour. There was so much packed into the 3.5 hour tour so I feel the $40 ticket price is warranted. Definitely worth it if you're from out of town but I'd skip it if you're a local.

We waited for at least 20 minutes, then it started pouring, downpouring, and we were left waiting even longer. We were then told to go under Plaza Hotel Overhang, bus was running late. We expected the bus to pick us up there but when it came (very late) we had to run through downpour to get on bus. Should have been on time

Tour guide very good, was very entertaining.
