On Location Tours

Great insightful little tour to help you piece together the film and television history in New York City! Though not greatly entertaining like a studio tour, you spend most of your time listening to the tour guide on the bus and seeing locations from your window. But if you are a film and television buff like my self, then it's worth to check out and see many great locations and information.

Lou our guide was GREAT, Very friendly, funny and helpful. Loved her a lot too. The tour was just a tad fast when she described a location "coming up" and if it was on the opposite side of me, was hard to see it quickly. I missed a few that she described and by the time we came up to it, I noticed we passed it. Otherwise it was fun with the time allowed. LOVED how you show a clip of the show then talk about the location! GREAT.

Gary was great as our tour guide, he was very friendly and made sure we all had a lot of fun. Aside from seeing a ton of movie landmarks, this was a great way to see lower manhattan.

Took the tour with Jessica as our guide. She was very well informed and entertaining. Enjoyed visiting all the sites we were familiar with from the SATC series and some we were not so familiar with. Video clips were played about the venues we were visiting throughout the tour which helped jog my memory, as a bit tricky to remember everything about every episode (unless you are a fanatic like my daughter!!). All in all a very enjoyable trip for my daughter and myself, however might be a little boring for anyone who was not a fan of the series, although efforts were made to entertain everyone even, dare I say it - men!!

BUS RIDE SHORT CLIPS OF MOVIE STOPS AT SOME LOCATIONS AND MAINLY THE TOUR GUIDE WERE EXCELLENT! ONE VERY UPSETTING POINT WAS THE FACT THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ON THE CONFIRMATION OF OUR TICKET THAT THE DROP OFF LOCATION WASN'T THE SAME AS THE PICK UP.WE PARKED OUR CARS BY 58TH & 5TH BY THE PICK UP AREA,WE WERE DROPPED OFF AT EAST 42 & BRODWAY, THAT IS QUIET A DISTANCE.IN THE FUTURE MAKE SURE THAT THE DROP OFF LOCATION IS GIVEN JUST AS WELL THE PICK UP.

Excellent trip to both see some of the sights of new York plus catch up with Carrie & co. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the show, we can now watch my favourite programme in the uk and recognise familiar sets and places!! Would recommend to all sex and the city fans

The tour was not as exciting as I thought it would be but I managed to live through it without falling asleep. They gave us a cupcake treat on the bus after visiting the bakery. The cupcakes were COMPLETELY stale. It was really peculiar too because the pastries that I purchased from the bakery were not, quite scrumptous to say the least. The ultimate surprise was when the tour guide said we would be dropped off at a different location than where we were picked up from. Not being from NYC, Not only was I mortified to find out that I had to walk 17 blocks back to my vehicle but I was also lost!!! I got a crash course in navigating the city from very random folks. That information should have been boldly posted on the website for all to see prior to purchasing!! I was not pleased at all and could not wait to finally get to my car! Never again!

Tour guide was informative and enjoyable. Interesting to see these locations.

we thought it was a cool trip to see where was the shootings. the stops at pleasure chest, buddokan and o'nieals was the best.. notice for the meeting point: our group was at 2.55pm at the pulitzer fontain, unfortunately there wasn't somebody with the blue flag... we found the bus at the last second. i think it would be better, when the person the whole time until to the start outside's with the flag!

It was a nice sightseeing tour of even more to see of only Sex and the City Spots. For male attendants it was not boring to join the tour as thought before. So we can recommend this tour at any time. Our guide Christiane was very well informed and helped us in all belogings.

We had a great Saturday afternoon with a great guide and driver. We got to know things about and around the show that we didn't know prior to the tour. The tour guide had a fantastic insight and knowlegde - and presented it all in a fun and interesting way. Two of many highlights were to meet "Vito" and get to sit in the booth where the last scene was shoot. The bus was comfortable and everything was done in a very professional way. We'd do it again anytime!! :) It was the highlight of our trip to NYC!!!!

Took my sister and her friends on this tour for her bachelorette party weekend. Tour guide was peppy and funny and full of knowledge about SATC. Great to see the sites of NYC from that viewpoint and see clips throughout the tour. Definitely sat on the bus a little longer than would have liked but realize this is due to NYC traffic for the most part. The 3.5 hour tour was just right although would have liked to spend more time shopping and drinking at the bar stop! If you're a fan of SATC then its a cute tour worth the price :)

Saw plenty of sites and heard much information with regards the series and the filming etc, Enjoyed most the cafe at the end and the stop which would have been Satrialis (excuse the spelling).
